i think this one is much better than the normal editor... i have some original dos machines and i think its a lot of fun using an original dos computer
ah! I thought i was the first to make the video on youtube as once i found it out , i couldnt find a vid! Dude this is for programming tho! It can be used for that but its made commands!!
Please check out my vid about my program i built! and rate and comment and subscribe! its quite cool
Nice video. Very, very basic though :) Some things to keep in mind when using edit from windows:
1) Closing the dos window with unsaved text (or any other dos based application) will NOT ask you if you want to save your changes! I know a number of people that purely rely on that function for saving data, and you will be left cold if you mistake there.
2) Learn to use hotkeys! Like alt+f for the file menu, etc.. MSDos was just not designed for mouse usage and the mouse support is terrible.
ROFL at the way you talk. nice script. ._.

That's actually the QBASIC editor. It's not a text editor, it's made for writing programs.

I've been trying to download MS-DOS because I thought my PC didn't have it. Now that I see this, I feel a little dumb, but thanks nonetheless :D.
