  • Even if its only about 60 years later, these things still tell stories.

  • 0:55 Those are mortar bombs that he is casually tossing to the side !

  • Suicide hobby. Those shells could be still active.

  • anyone please the music to this is great who is it

  • the cops come get you lololol

  • The explosives in those artillery and mortar shells get MORE unstable with age. Rolling those mortar sheels into a pile of others is rollling the dice with the lives of everyone withing 100 meters ! I hear they lose a farmer or ordinace worker about once a year in the old battlefields of the first world war. A 1950's era lightning strike set off a forgotten WW1 charge of 20,000 lbs of ammonal miners had packed beneath enemy trenches in France. These guys aren't ordanance professionals.

  • song ???

  • @nerfguy1234567890 Nogu Svelo - Haru Mamburu =)

  • Seems like a safe and quiet passtime

  • why music i wanna hear the explosions

  • 88 MM ?

  • hmm no fear (handling of explosive materials) and i notice theres great love in that "red sky" at the end.. :)

  • you find this ammo and explosives with metal detector?

  • wtf @ 2:08 you cock . why the hell you did that?

you dont handel things of world war 2 withe no respect.

    tss

  • @hotwheel4live com on man.. those guys are perhaps military pyrotechnics.. its their job to clean the land from dangerous explosives from war.. get real and better shut up..

  • KABOEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM REST IN PIECES

  • This is real My grandfather found hundreds of russian weapons and bullets in the woods with his friend just after ww2.They fished with guns they just shot the fish in the water and his friend shot a guy in the village 10 times and the guy died.Police took their weapons and punished them. But they hided 20-30 weapons in the woods with ammo some weapons they put on the trees so I am going to look for those weapons wish me luck

  • is the artillery still capable of firing by pulling the pin or hitting the detonator or does it have to be disposed of by a bomb squad.

  • what does sign say at 3:18 ? please

  • wow

  • When handling ammo or explosives, be sure you have the subtle touch of a drunk farmer, make shure you smoke and let any ordnance roll of the hill. It will be stopped by the detonators or grenades already laying there. When you find something rusty, JAM or Shake it out!. It is only 70yo destabilized ammo or explosive material.

Its clear that these men are professionals. Dont try this at home kids!

  • WOW. You found a lot of neat things. Good for you. Great way to preserve history! Thank you.

  • is this a hobby or are you guys demolition disposal guys?

  • @chevynova7177

They're the Russian bomb disposal team ;) I think when whis would be a hobby they already have been in jail ;)

  • @ColaPac thanks! thats what i thought! lol!

  • What a cool video! Send some more.

    Respect from Apache Junction, Arizona

  • The sheer number of munitions found therein should scare diggers away.Bomb disposal units are created for this ,civilians well if one goes off ..well deserved.

  • u schould sell the kar 98 for 50 cent ea

  • du u actualy safe the bullets or u blow them up wit the grenades ?

  • who are these assholes....it looks like fun but honestly if u ask me there desecrating sacred ground where many man on both sides lost there lives and destroying treasures which im sure could be polished up and sold to people who 1. may have been there or 2. had family there who fought or 3. donated to a museam not just wasted in the woods...i wonder if anyone can just go and do that....if they were smart theyd be lookin for bin laden and his boys...they would make excellent ieds(sarcasm)

  • @gorgeonthis

U would have to block off 95% of Europe for "sacred ground"! Europe IS a massive graveyard. Just name a century and than read about the wars that took place then.

Have no fear. Families of the dead ones in those holes have mostly forgotten them.

  • WW2 weapons makes victims once again (the trees).

  • lol playing with 60 year old morter rounds

    smart ;)

  • what did the sighn say at the end over lookin the field what battle field

  • Hey how smart throwing the mortars on 0:56.

  • @betancourtm92 Not a big deal, they hadn't been fired, so they wont explode, you can even throw the against tree, but if they are fired and hadn't exploded than they can explode even if you hit them a little bit with spade... Just need to check firing plug...

  • Cool stuff but they are too rusted up... Come to the USA buy and shoot the real things if you can afford even a MP 40. I have 2 K98 Mausers, that is all I could afford

  • i hate you for finding that gun....can random people go and dig stuff?

  • I would be a lot more careful with those mortar shells.. yikes!

  • I love how hes throwing the mortors from the hole

  • I'm so jealous! this is so cool!

  • опасное занятие....незаконное.....но интерсное до ужаса!!))

  • that is my dream

  • this gives me a hard on

  • looters...

  • Wow, nice :)

  • Very nice vid! Wow the way they toss those 5 and 8 cm mortars arround! Did I spot some 3,7 cm Pak and some 75mm shells?

Would love to come and help for a week!!

    Greetings from France.

  • found a bunch of cool stuff including that box full of stripper clips and that mp40

  • It's estimated it will take another 200 years to clear France of unexploded shells including gas shells from WW1

  • he he... if its 7.62x54r Russian Caliber send it my way so i can fire it out of my Nagant 91/30. lol

  • song?

  • @bobboomshakaboom Nogu svelo - Haru mambaru

  • i would love to do that but i live in the uk and there is no were to fing it i would really love any of that stuff u found anyy!!!!!!

  • I have 3 mk1 303 british from 1943 and some 1943 and 1945 ammo. Its nice have things from the past. My dad was from england and he hates guns. I find them interesting

  • Comment removed

  • Watch the beginning , bobboomshakaboom . . . it's Leningrad in Russia . . .

  • Yeah , nice MP40 =)

  • I wish I could go outside and dig up an mp40 instead of having to go give an arm and a leg(no pun intended) buying one

  • Yeah same here, I would love to go to the French Countryside to see if I can find me a few old WW2 rifles maybe a Kar98, M1 garand, G43, MP-40, and if lucky a Tommy and a B.A.R lol

  • On french battlefiels you can currently find old cartridges, if you're lucky bayonets or handgrenades. But actually to find a rifle or a handgun in good condition is very scarce. But it is not impossible.

  • bottom of a lake with cold water is a good place to find great condition relics.

  • Nowadays its hard to find weapons or other interesting relics, because lot of them are rusted and dug out.

  • name music?? Jaki jest tytuł tej muzyki??

  • The musik......

  • I enjoy this video. I can't understand any of the language in the music but it has a good beat to it and the subject of the video is interesting to me, a middle aged american who has no war trophies on my contenient to dig up. Its hard to believe how deep you had to dig to find those relics!

  • i like how each guy is smoking lol

  • And rolling the mortar shells. Isn't that how the fuses are armed? a little rotation in flight and then the sensitive impact fuse can be set off by contact with the target or by bumping into another round while rolling around on the ground by unsuspecting ham handed trophy excavators? KABOOM!

  • If I remember right they have to be armed first at the base before the fuse will arm. Either way still not a good idea to do that.

  • @3240590 haru mamburu by russian band nogu svelo (leg-cramp).

the text means nothing. i'm german and looked nearly one year for the song.

    finally i found it ;)

  • what is the song at this video?

  • nogu svelo-name of musicgroup

  • why blow them up? why not deactivate them for display?

  • Deactivate them? I wouldnt touch these things for any price. Old explosives, especially with detonators are highly unstable. You might as well juggle with live hand grenades.

  • yeah i guess but it depends i would at least try saving some of them like the mp 40 and stuff you know its a big part of history just going up in smoke like that.

  • they only blow up the ammo damn

  • i hope the mp30 wasnt destroyed

  • yea ass holes just blow up history like that!

  • Yes they can and do blow up - french and Belgian farmers are being killed each year by old WW1 shells.

  • wow this is cool. i don't know much about these kinds of things, might be a silly question, but i'll ask any way, when digging up these old shells, is there a chance they could blow up in your face, from being so old?

  • no.

  • Not even if they are all rusted? That's really cool, amazing too since they're really old.

  • holy shit mortar shells, artilary shell, an MP40, ammo boxes awesome but why do you blow em up?

  • it wasnt mp40 it was different one.cant remember from top of my head.

  • what title of this song is ?

  • Nice MP40!!!

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKING SICK! So so so cool

  • lol, u found MP40 o_0 . than u blew up trees and stuff :D, u had fun and i enjoid watching it ;)

  • sooooo fucking cooool !!!!

just dont lissen to the other people thet are talking about its not good fot the world bla bla bla ;)

    just keep this going !

  • good work guys

  • Mortar shells will only explode when hit on the base of them

  • Those old munitions are far too unstable to be saved. Destroying them is the only safe thing to do. The ammo boxes, old weapons and helmets should be preserved for future generations, but nothing that contains any explosive. Good video, surprising to see people who still smoke. Must be a Russian thing.

  • they probably destroyed other history in the area tho because of the bombs

  • why are they destroyed ammo boxes and shells, whose are intact? put out the ingnitor, the ammo inside the shell, and than in the museum or ebay oder others. this all are pices of history. and they are destroying them all. this is hard. eyery thing they destroyed can t come back. it s lost for ever.

[sorry for my english, im german]

  • where is that i would like to go their and dig up my own gun and hey if find it with a magazine thats full that would evn be better because it would still be active

  • Was that your best music what fit for this movie? Vid is good anyway

  • yall need to leave the fields where men died the fuck alone, assinine idiots are destroying history and desecrating the resting places of the hallowed fallen, fucking assholes!

  • like an artillery shell is a piece of history

  • @keithehlert you fool its better u dig al that stuf op bcous over 1000 years i dont think there wil be much left !

  • what do they do with non ordanance stuff? it would be a shame to destroy the weapons.

  • Damn , thats an cool MP40 *-*

  • i would be like... im taking that mp40 home

  • I would keep that shit....

  • sad how all of those beautiful objects of history must be destroyed :(

  • Please tell us from which Band this Song is.

  • Song the group " NOGU SWELO executes " the Name of a song " HARU MAMBURU "

  • Thanks

  • i wonder how many of these ww 2 relicts are used by mujahdeen lol.

  • L0L, funny how he handle the mortar rounds at 0:54...... let them roll together..... Hahahahaha

  • Yeah, Lol the guy '' LOOK AT THEESE OLD MORTAR SHELLS''

    BOOM!

  • You are right. An old mortar will explode just a well as a new one! I was stunned to see hit THROWING live rounds!

  • As a professionnal soldier , I agree with that . Lucky this mortar shell didn't explode : incredible !!!!

  • Wish I could help... ha ha

    No really, wish I could.

  • Good music

  • nice mp40...end this mortals=D wery nice

  • Also the description is just hilarious. Excellent translation. haha.

  • Jesus all that ammo would have been useful.

  • I thought the MP40 was the best one.

  • while the explosions are awesome, think of what you might have been blowing up underneath the blast

  • hell yeah try the mp40!

  • I like how they are really careful with the live mortar shells!

  • lol. lucky for them as they appear to be rogue Russian military members.

  • what stupid music is this ?

  • thats destorying history...sad

    ;(

  • Comment removed

  • you sohlud bang the end of those morters and throw em XD!

  • I WANT A MORTAR!!!

  • did the mp40 work??lol

  • u wanna try it??????

  • Arnt you guys worrried about picking on out of the ground and blowing your head off?

  • what is that sign saying in 3:19??

  • It is a memorable sign specifying, a place of great battle in Leningrad region. " SINIAWINO HEIGHTS ". In this place in 1943, the Soviet armies have broken off a ring of blockade around of Leningrad.

  • It is saying "Sinyavskie visoty" - in english it is like "Sinyavskie hills (highlands)" - place in leningrad region. Famous for hard battles during WW2

  • Some of this stuff is collectable like that mp40 and should be sold to collectors for profit.

  • But it's all dirty and rusty, not to mention it'd cost a lot to have it legally deactivated.

  • nice music

  • they blow it up to get rid of stuff the world doesn't need

  • wtf are they blowing it up for! worth money! wat a waste!

  • trust dave to say that lol

  • wow u are so lucky i wish i was ther with utoo so i could get some good loot

  • The best part of finding that stuff is 2 watch it go.....KABOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2:08 LOL!!!!

  • you russian people are crazy XD

are you not afraid to explode???

    great jon^^

    greetings from germany

  • damn! an MP40 with mag still attached!

  • my God! mortar rounds! it's the last thing i want to meet if i use the metal detector.

  • you dont need to worry about using a metal detector just when using the shovel

  • Jesus...are these guys still alive? They live dangerously. Well, you know what they say, work hard, play hard, die hard. Tossing UXO isn't the smartest thing.

  • BLOW up the whole damn forest will you....sheeesh....like the germans didnt do enough of that stuff !!!!!!!

  • In their minds they probably though..."Dont worry we will back soon"....."we will just bury it here for safe keeping"

  • Its no wonder the germans ran out of ammo at stalingrad? they buried it all!! lol

  • did you have a nice grill after the fishing?

  • i hope you didnt blow up the MP40??

  • yeah that's a lot of fun I like go on excavation too:)

  • lol 0:56 ......das di nix passiert ^^ich wäre vorsichtiger mit den dingern ;-)

  • Great Fun :)

  • WoW !!!

  • this is too dangerous for me!

  • i just love how they tossaround the old shells

  • Very nice! But you do not really know what it does or?

  • Close call at 2:52-2:53.

    take care

  • :( Sorry can not translate, could you translate please :)

    Be Safe, Have Fun

  • That's just gibberish

  • Fools! Those German mortars are still active! I saw another vid of a Russian guy manhandling a Teller 2 anti tank mine. The numbers were ion the side - TMi42 - 5kg of high explosive.

  • They must be very careful with those mortar grenades... ( 0:57-0:59 )they are more dangerous now then they where in ww2

  • coooooooooool 5/5

  • Hi, what's the name of song? bye

  • group "Ногу Свело"

    composition "Хару Мамбару"

  • No one disputes large losses for both sides on the eastern front. The western buildup (well-prior to November 1944) drew Germany's attention, resources, and focus from the east to the west far earlier than you intimate.

If the west had not planned a push from the west when they did, you and your comrades throughout Europe would be writing such clever expressions as "STFU moron" in German only right now.

Oh, and on behalf of the fallen "western children" buried in your soils. . . your welcome.

  • ahhh yea MP40 one of the best weapon in WW2

  • MP40 best weapon? oh well your opinion

  • if you read he says one of! not thee best!

  • absolut Klasse das nächste mal komme ich mit !!!!!!

  • Wie heisst denn das Lied, das im Hintergrund gespielt wird? What's the name of the song in the background of this video?
