I can not express enough how good I feel when I see Lips and Rob on shows like this finally getting what they deserve. It couldn't have happened to nicer guys. It literally chokes me up.

Lips' unflinching optimism in the face of all the hardships Anvil has been through is remarkable. Incidents like the clip here with the band playing to only four people would destroy most others' confidence, but his "the show must go on" attitude exemplifies what stand-up guys he and Robb are. I can truly say that I'm proud to call myself an Anvil fan after seeing this movie. The rock industry needs more genuine people like Lips and Robb in it. LONG LIVE ANVIL! METAL ON METAL!

it's a funny moment. the guy is just himself, he's not a trained celebrity that knows how to perfectly chop up a conversation for a talk show. and "sexie", anvil was an important link in the metal chain that people forgot about, hetfield and others have been saying this in the press since this doc came out. they were just pre-thrash but influenced all those bands.
