Sadly this is ten thousand times better than the COPS cartoon intro could ever be. I like watching these retro videos because they remind me of things I have long forgotten. Such as Bonkers. That cartoon was great. Check out those two chubsters at 1:44. That's a head-to-head gut-buster. That's from the good ole days when fat jokes were socially acceptable. Now everyone thinks they are a politician.
