Just wanted to share that I heard that with the strong request from the mayor, a few convenience stores has re-opened as of March 26 which is two days after this message. 3月２９～31日、南相馬市の社会福祉会館で2日間、高齢者300世帯の支援物資配送のための小分け作業を手伝いました。南相馬の大変な状況の中、現地の皆さん優しい気持ちに接し、逆にいただけ癒されました。（大阪人）
市長のＳＯＳメッセージを見て、遠方から半日がかりでガソリンと軽油を車に積んで会館に持ち込まれた方もおられました。聞くと彼は消防隊員で、オフの日を利用して南相馬市に危険な道路を通って1人で見えられ「明日は仕事だから！」と帰って行かれました。

要先把大股的水变成小股，然后再解决小股漏水问题。
一般方法是在外部先挖一个临时存水的地方卸压，接上水管用水泵抽水，再外面再筑一道墙，外墙干了以后，再把抽水管上的阀门关上。。。就可以实现全部封闭了
还有加快水泥凝固，用水玻璃掺入水泥中很快就可以凝固了，虽然不能做到全封闭，但是让他做到只剩下点渗还是很容易的。。
2、可以用地下连续墙的施工方法，用重晶石粉泥浆护壁，阻止水的外泄，
因为泥浆密度比水大，墙外的水压就比墙内的辐射水压高，墙内水就不会跑出来，然后再在外面浇筑混凝土直接封堵掉，这种都有现成的机器可以操作的
3、关键还是要多投点人力

There are lots of elderly people living in the city, and most of them can't walk so long. They don't have enough Gasoline to send all the citizens out of the city. The radiation level is very high, so they should prevent walking outside long.

Imagine how things will be if people do not abide by the law? I'm not saying that the law is perfect, but laws has to be made in order to keep peace. Every human does not share the same treat, interest, or personality. Also I do know that there are many corrupt government, but saying things like this during this crisis is just asinine.

What the government did, was to calm down the population and leave them in the false believe there was no need to run. - Now the real panic will start, and now an orderly evacuation will become even more difficult to manage.

Let's just say that they leave the area immediately without the government consent and few people had already been contaminated with radiation, then they moved south to a populated city. Tell what would have happened? there concern were not only the evacuation of the residence, but also radiation contamination. With those population number I would think that it would take weeks or months to evac them properly.

The particular details of the radiation (there is more than just millisieverts, but the precise quality of what is being leaked in the environment), that is being downplayed all around the world, as if it was not as bad as it is. I don't agree with it, but if by any chance that those people are infected by radioactive while out door (indoor doesn't make a difference) after they are scanned and leave the area they will spread the infection to other people. Anyway think rationally here, it's not only "pro-nuclear fanatics" aka IAEA fault, it's also because the population growth. without Nuclear power there would be a global power crisis. Burning fossil fuel create too much pollution and oil prices would increased dramatically, natural gas and Hydropower would not be enough, also in my opinion natural gas isn't too reliable. all those good stuff.
