Max 10 blues per person which is waaay too many. Should be 2 of them. Wonder if the bait googans picked up their trash? haha

Yeah when they run it's wild..the limit is size... 28 inches...quantity? i'm embarassed to say i don't know, i don't think there is...i grew up on that breakwater and the surrounding area...it's still a great place..although the parking lot gets filled quick now, but it's a beautiful spot...there are lots of good places to fish if that's what you really are out to do. they run in different parts of cape ann when their here( the fish of course)....sometimes in rockport ....

Nice video, 2 things though....It's called Dogbar breakwater and it's not a "bay" it's Gloucester harbor....

Thanks for that info. I'm not local(NH)and this was the first time here. I watched these guys pulling in fish but caught nothing cause I wasn't set up right.I watched and learned and the next time I caught 3 blues and some stripers 24/26" . Too small to keep but great fight. Lots of fun here when the fish are in the Harbor! One thing bothered me, some days I would hear the guys bragging they caught 22 blues the day before. Who eats that much blue? Are there limits?
