Nothing really good- in comparison with the early work- has been made. Devils advocate is the exception. De niro played What just happened, the fockers & Analyze that. Hardly the same role, and all played very, very well..

Are they are all EXACTLY the same characters when you break it down? No. Neither is Al Pacino's. But, they are, nevertheless, the same TYPE of character.

These characters have different personalities, flaws and levels of morality issues.
