Quality looks pretty good for youtube! Love the scene were Montgomery tries to hurt hurt his nose(Been awhile since I saw the film) and overdoes it! Hitchcock was the master of any film format!
i think its all part of the music "powerhouse" by Raymond Scott, seems like it was used in some cartoons of the period too, but don't think in this movie.. anyone?
No, the song is definitely not featured in Alfred Hitchcock's "Mr. and Mrs. Smith".
All the music that I used in this video is from Raymond Scott's "Powerhouse." The song contains two musical themes, the fast part generally being refered to as "Powerhouse A" and the slower section, "Powerhouse B." I think it's also worth mentioning that I cut the song so that "Powerhouse B" would close the video because in it's original format, "Powerhouse A" opens and closes the song.
Really enjoyed this video and the music...thanks for posting! My favorite screwball, especially the opening. Hitchcock was a softie, underneath it all...
I'd give 5 dollars to see that cat take a sip of that soup. No... no he won't...

Anyone know the name of the movie that Robert Montgomery was in where the female partner was called Mrs Smyth Smyth?
It appears to take place in India, but I'm not sure.
