To do a fly on the wall you need to dive the hell out of the glider at the hill first. Then treat the ground like it's flat ground and round out and flare. The cadence will be faster, because gravity will cancel most of you ground effect time.
Fly on the wall landings are not hard, just intimidating. They're also easier on intermediate gliders than single surface because of pitch pressure and energy retention.

If you ever have to land up a steep hill again, just flare the f*ck out of it..... you'll almost always get away with it.
