if its money that doesn't exist or its money put into banks and they are holding it, then what difference does it make when its money not in circulation either way. The real trick is figuring how much money to put into the banks, without causing hyper inflation further down the road when we start to recover.

Max is correct the courts in the United States are corrupted. Although there are decisions coming out in these courts that are condemning these banks for fraudulent foreclosure documents, or non documentation. Basically they're calling these banks out on the frauds they're attempting to use to steal peoples homes. Most of these mortgages are unilateral and unsecured, as an honest bankruptcy attorney and he'll tell you as much.

One thing is that people should be listening to some of the solutions that Max has because they are at the moment the most practical way to take control of the situation from the ground up.

Max doesn't consider that there are a lot of Americans smart enough to realize these two points:
1. Governments ignore the people.
2. Their system is collapsing.
In such circumstances the most effective way to protest is to limit ones involvement in the system and prepare for the collapse.
There's also the fact that politicians think were fools without realizing their lies are ridiculously obvious to many of us, but we know their flailing will not save them so we simply watch, and wait.
