Oh yeah, on the clip, it was of a commercial break and a WDEF "NewsCenter 12" tease from 1989.

Thanks for posting the WDEF clip.
Today, I found a WDEF clip from 1989 at the end of a tape I got at a flea market.
I will post the video when I get the chance.
