PX visit without the Drill Sergeants!? No wonder why the Army is going down the toilet. How the fuck are these new soldiers going to deal with stress in a combat zone when they don't deal with stress in training?
@usarok85 why would you have to have a drill with you all the time? as long as you have a battle buddy with you then you can pretty much go anywhere. on sundays when we had time off we were allowed to go to the PX and stuff if he we needed anything because the drill sgts had sundays off expect 1 or 2 per company that still came in to check up on everybody and do a head count
@brandonch25 hell ya it was... of course the only other place i went was fort sill for ait so i dont really know how the other training places were. when i enlisted i had never heard relaxin jackson but when i got there i was in for a heck of a shock. i was in better shape entering then when i left because we didnt get smoked very much because we had a big number of females in our platoons so the smokings couldnt last very long until we were in our bays at night and a drill came in to hammer us
