Liverpool came out of Everton FC and if you take the 1970's onwards out of the equation you'll find, of the two clubs the blues were the most successful. These things come in cycles and If you look at LFC's debt and the mess the club's in, it looks lke the future could see a return to the past when Everton dominated the city.
