The video in and of itself is fake. However, they tested the physics and mathematics of the stunt on Mythbusters. They determined that this stunt is, in fact, possible to pull off. Adam Savage even recreated the video under safer and more controllable conditions (they lined the edge of the slide with a rail of sorts to keep him on track and he landed in a lake with a foam ring for a target rather than a kiddie pool).

I didn't take a course in physics and I know it's fake! He is accelerating way too fast and the end of the jump is almost as high as the beginning! You would not be going that fast off it and you can tell that he even accelerates forward through the air!

He's not sliding fast enough nor is the distance long enough to acquire that amount of air/distance.

Slope is also not steep enough to gain the speed necessary for the apparent distance.

Forward momentum would have continued after hitting the pool creating a forward splash and likely ejecting the individual from the small pool.

What camera would pick up the sounds of the body sliding on the tarp that clearly from that far away? Or the splash so perfectly? And he doesn't bounce out of the pool at all or hurt himself one bit? The pool is like 2.5 feet deep... not enough cushion to stop him from still hitting the ground through the pool bottom at quite a high speed.
