Homestead Heritage is a cult. They require a covenant to the community that is stronger, more important than, and supercedes one's relationship to God, marriage, and other family members. They teach that if the covenant is broken, then the former member will spend eternity in hell. They use Old Testament law, which governs everything in life. The leadership & their word is considered higher than God. They teach salvation by works, not grace. There's much, much more that makes them a true cult.
