well i know english as well as my mothertongue german and i can only say one thing: the translation is quite good! it is maybe not enough to understand all of the hidden meanings in Rammstein lyrics, but even we germans have our trouble understanding them! So with this translation anyone who knows english can understand as much of it than we do about this song

Especially german language is extremely descriptive with "wrong words".

And also those lines do have a very deep meaning, a word for word translation
