How exactly does it plagiarise Pretty Good Year? This is in D minor. Pretty Good Year is in G flat major. Both songs have a completely different mood, riffs, lyrics etc...

wow. you´re not even close lol. just because something sounds alike, it doesn´t mean it´s plagiarise, and even if you were to compare both songs, the only similarity are some piano arpeggios, which still are in different key and different scale.. and are probably used in millions of songs around the world :P
