It's a german movie called "knocking on heaven's door". The standing guy is Jan Josef Liefers who plays the bone cancer deseased Rudi Wurlitzer, the guy who falling is Til Schweiger who plays Martin Brest, death-sentenced by a brain tumour. Both meet in Hospital by chance and Martin tells a story that all they talk about in heaven is the ocean. Rudi has never seen it so they steal a Mercedes 230 SL because they've got nothing to loose and drive to the ocean.
