this was not the case.. my frnd was present thr in the marriage @ ramdaas/dera baba nanak where he was accidently shot. it was police officer hundal's son's marriage and he was drunk and when he was firing shots in air while celebrating(like most of us do on marriages) our legend dilshaad akhtar g was accidently shot dead along with injuring two others. he was very gud frnd of DSP hundal and had come thr to perform on his frnd's son's marriage,

Jiwanguy, he was killed by a punjabi Police SP becuase Dilshad denied to sing over time at police officer's son's wedding. He was shot dead by drunk Punjab Police officer but not singing a song!!!!!!! AND OFCOURSE that officer never faced trial.
