Stranglehold has this very similar power called "Tequila time" which allows you to enter this bullet time-like gameplay. Except that when you kill someone in Tequila time it gives you cinematic stars which fuel your Tequila bombs. (Which allow you to heal yourself or do a "From Russia with Love" aiming kill). Tequila time is almost exactly the same to bullet time except it makes the screen go orange/bronze and shows a little bloom effect.
