I don't really see Pac as contradictory. I just think that you saw all sides of him. He revealed all of his feelings. They may have seemed to conflict, but just like you and me, his feelings may have changed depending on what he was going through, and as he continued to grow up and mature. I just see somebody who was compassionate but stayed true to the struggle and the pain and refused to be a hypocrite by continuing to talk about but not necessarily feeling that way anymore.
