The game engine is Mugen. Youtube won't let me post links so your best bet is google.

You have to add an entry for her in the select.def file.
If you've done that already, I don't know; I'd need more information to help you out.

This version of Amy, I like. There are only a few things I'd like to be different for a new version:
1. Don't make it look like you got it straight from Sonic Battle/Advance.
and 2. Be a little bit more creative with her hyper combos. I mean, I like the whole Tornado Hammer and Spinning Hammer attacks, but how about, for a hyper combo, you have an image of Sonic in her mind, and have her go crazy with a special combo ala B.B. Hood (Marvel vs Capcom 2), but with hammers instead of firearms.

Cyanide has actually already given me permission. MugenHunter is... less responsive. I'm not even sure he checks the email address I sent the message too.
If I don't hear from him in a few more days though, I think I'm going to go ahead and release it at Mugen Fighter's Guild.
