According to the WRA2 Water Rocket Competition Rules, we are using only regular air compressed with a compressor. The rocket body is made from aerospace composite laminate over a Fluorescent Light Cover tube.
how did u make your water rocket? Can u tell me the supplies? and maybe even tell me the resources that u got to make it? Or even make me a video how to
Rockets with fins don't need to spin for stability. Projectiles without fins need to spin (bullets, tank shells, footballs etc.) With high velocity rockets like these you inevitably get some spin due to minor fin misalignments. Awesome effort anyway!!!
It's supposed to spin, dumbass. It's for stability. Footballs spin, bullets spin, golf balls spin, and alot of rockets do, especially finless ones. It's called gyroscopic stabilization.
Don't make comments on topics you know nothing about; You just end up looking like an idiot.
I dont think it is fake.Yes there is a chute. May have been deployed with a speed flap? I think the rocket is made from the container that flourescent lights come in.
if you have ever seen the begining to planet of the apes...that is eerily close to the
shots where the spaceship crashes at
lake powell..watch out for apes!

nice project and record but the spinning made for a very nauseating video to watch!

Hello Mr. USWaterRockets. Can you tell me what Gas was used in the launch and at what pressure? Also, what was used for the body of the rocket?

it did 555m and you cared for stability?!? O.O
routhoula 4 years ago
Maybe if it didn't have the stability provided by spinning, it wouldn't have made it to 555...

i made one it was fun what camera did u atatch to the water rocket was it a pen cam?
EmoAnimator 5 years ago
ur a queer lol, its not fake, make one and u'll see that water isnt very compressable, and makes for a great fuel when its propeled by compressed air
Nice Vid dudeeeeee

meh. if you didnt stick a camera on the rocket it would have gone farther. but then it wouldnt be more interesting.

cool video, but it could not be a water rocket...
if u show us the building of the rocket, i would not prejudge u as a faker..

Actually, ninebreaker, that was 555 meters - perhaps you should look into claims rather than dispute them on the spot; it makes you look arrogant.
