I don't see how to do it, do you slide the beat through that other loop, and if so how ? I don't see it :/

@BlessedDove The way I usually measure the hemp, is by wrapping a piece around my wrist 12 times. Then you fold that piece in half, and that will be your outer strands. For the inner strands, I'd go 20 inches, then fold it in half.

@ShelbyAnFrands Nah. You could tie an overhand knot instead, but make sure there is a big of space between the knot and the rest of the bracelet.
