His and Soap's names were cleared after the events of "Down The Rabbit Hole", hence the removal of the "Disavowed" tag from the Taskforce 141 logo. As for the Russian army... I reckon he'll be fine considering Russia's just brokered a peace treaty with the US and Europe. Plus, any Ultranationalists that haven't been killed or captured are hardly likely to go after the man who killed their leader and LAUGHS IN THE FACE OF CERTAIN DEATH.
