@amasuEnd personally I'm not praising this film for it's racism I love the comedy that make the late greats Abbott and Costello so memorable to this day! I look past the racism the best I can and pay more attention to the dialogue or visual gags. Now I can't speak for others but I'm sure all of the fans that praise this film isn't in it for the racism either.

@amasuEnd I totally agree but I don't think that the racist thing about the Africans having bones through their noses was supposed to be a joke that was just a stereotype I'm sure some saw was funny but most at least nowadays would either be disturbed by it or doesn't acknowledge it. I like to look at it as the movie producers actually hired the actors to do that and those actors got paid instead of getting upset about their roles they paid attention to the paychecks they were getting

Sometimes there are patterns that don't require heavy analysis. For instance, I don't NEED to see every second of every blackface drag queen's video.

the movie is still easy to view. its not blurry and all pixelated to make it not enjoyable. yes a bad transfer, but at least there showing it, showing it free of charge, i might add. you want a better quality? theres some copies of it to be fount at dollar stores, or what could be a better quality listed in the ad on this video.

for free admission, i see no complaints. if i payed for it for dvd, then thats when i'd complain.
