@morbidanjel44 I got the same problem, i'd try going under the help tab and look for the fail code, and they said that's it's because the file is less than 1 KB, but mine is over..

to fix the '5 films' problem you need to go to 'tools' before you start decrypting, then click on the ' IFO mode ' tab and change 'file spliting' from 'Auto' to 'None'. Then your video should be saved as one file.

But i've had problems too with the 2 of my films. I can decrypt them and it looks fine but when i convert them the audio is there but the video is just the colour of the first frame and i cant work out whats wrong.

And for me, copied DVD's work fine. I hope this helps :)

my dvd dycripter wont even go to 1%. ive used it before and it worked but i dont know why it isnt now. it says it cant read it or something but the dvd is new and works fine
