Shana-chan is by far one of the best Anime action chick to date, she kicks ass, can have a romantic moment, a non-annoying loli, he powers actually have rules and stick to them without explaining it over 12 episodes (DBZ), and her interactions with Yuji-san tend to be more of the center of the show then the actual fighting ( nice change from what you usually get)
