For sure miketalbot4, the "concepts" Morello and Chapin and as you say Gary teach, are so broad and deep in themsleves but also, as they apply to ALL styles of music and drumming . True Genius! And real people - I have this personal experience story with Jim (an amazing human and genius) anyway..

Thanks! Yea, I wish i had a chance to study with morello. Gary was and is great. The lessons I learned from him almost 15 years ago are still in use to this day.
