  • The fish dont need to be huge when your on a beautifull place like that.we have very limited streams/lakes in aus that contain brookies not native to aus tho,but they are as much fun to catch.nice music for the video.

  • cool.

  • where is this in maine. i go to moxie really good fishing there

  • where was this video shot what town and river cause i fish in monticello all the time and i live n houlton

  • Terrible vid. quality.

That and the music make it impossible to watch

  • @TheBlister69 yeah thanks man!! i was 16 when i made this video and not everyone can afford an hd camera, i know i couldn't when i was 16.

  • @TheBlister69 Put on your glasses and turn the volume down

  • @rhs2222 Glasses?? It's shot on a 1998 cell phone.... Come on.

  • @TheBlister69 at least its not rap

  • @TheBlister69 its called resepct try it some time

  • @tristancooper1997 Respect for what? A shitty fishing video?!! Give me a fucking break.

  • @TheBlister69 why do you even bother to continue to comment on this video if you think its so bad? and what happened in your life that made you so angry, ignorant and disrespectful to make some of the comments that you have made? its people like you that have no place in society.

  • @HuntandFishMaine Don't get mad at me, Maineboy. YOU'RE the one who posted the abortion of a video. Disable the comments next time if you're going to get so butt hurt.

"no place in society"? That's funny. Typical East coaster...No filter from brain to mouth.

  • @TheBlister69 ahh yes you must be from the west coast then calling me an east coaster? The land of we are better then you. I posted this video when I was 16, I suppose though that you have an elitest attitude and you probably feel that your opinion is that of god, like most peoples opinion from California, I should take this video down and apologize to you for even posting it.

Just an FYI I jsut got a new hd camera I look forward to your comments on some of my new videos.

  • Looks like some nice fishing...its a shame the video quality is so poor though...thats the thing I hate most about cell phone cameras..they lack the pixels needed to create a smooth clear picture

  • well i dont know what part of the river your fishing but my friend sal goes up in bridgewater under the big bridge right next to the border. He caught a good 3 pounder out of it last summer. He catches brook trout rainbow trout and atlantic salmon he lost a big salmon a few years ago they like hoppers and misquito flys. But I caught a brook trout over near the blain country cabins in the river behind it.

  • theres some big brookies in the magalloway river and very nice sized salmon. Another good place for brook trout is the prestile stream in monticello my friend caught a brook trout 6 pounds he says but i still dont believe him

  • I dont either cus thats were this video is shot

  • Nice Nice

I actually live in aroostook county and know the feeling catching those feisty brookies. This season was particularly good for me, with multiple trout over 2 pounds for the first time in a few seasons, not to mention the salmon that hit all through the summer and get HUUUGGEE in the fall. Nice vids.

  • cool! LOL nice video

  • Here in Western NY we don't have too many wild rivers that size, containing brookies. Most are brown trout streams about 15-20 ft. wide. The adirondaks has some wild brookies in the headwaters of the bigger waters but they're pencil thin and 10 inches is bragging size.

I was surprised to see you getting the same size from a large stream like that. Guess they're small all over these days. Fun fishing for them though. Nice job.

  • thanks this particular stream has a good success story in the 70's it was one of the most polluted rivers in the state but has since been cleaned up and the brook trout have survived.
