Why do ghosts exist at all if we are reborn after death? Surely our spirit is too occupied to become a ghost?

we have a couple in our house, they don't bother us more like watching over us. they have followed us from our other house i think. I hear someone whispering to me, but i cannot understand them. they sometimes touch us on our shoulder but no more than that. they don't scare me. I just whis i knew who they were.

My family has always been a magnet for spirits. Since, I have grown up with it I do not find them scary. My great grandparents had it, my grandparents and parents have it.

I have a spirit in my house right now. We named him and he makes his presence known. Other times I won't hear or sense him for weeks on end, but he always comes back.

The things that scare me are Shadow People and Demons. I have never seen them and I do not want to either. They scare the bejesus out of me.

They are only disturbing in the beginning? How long does that last? Eternity is a long time. I babysat in a house & was bothered all night by something, even attacked by it. Found out later that the entire family sees the ghost almost daily; it was the original owner who committed suicide over 200 years ago. He "relives" hanging himself almost daily. Apparently, extensive rehab of the house "woke him up" & his own private hell could now be experienced by everyone. This guy wanted attention

karma transfers through lifetimes, and a soul can choose how much bad/good karma will be released durring a single reincarnation, sometimes resulting with instant-death-at-birth.

It is always changing and depending on how u live ur present life. karma is very complex so a conclusive answer can't be given. secondly, karma will take care of the evil people. lastly, ur current behavior is roughly how u were in ur past life. life is a test. once u've gained enough wisdom(selflessness,righteousn­ess,no-ego) and compassion, ur view of life will change forever. I've read things about star constellations, the way the constellations are when you die, have to be the same again when you are born into a next body/incarnation.

How long does it generally take for a average soul to reincarnate? Once in a century, and could there be souls that don't reincarnate for some thousand years?
