Hormones By Injection!

Can some one please tell me what one can do from making ones brest grow apart. My friend's been on hormones for over 6months and they both face the other way and not next to eachother like womans. i just started my hormone therapy and dont want my boobs to be apart like my friends =(

I'm an ex crossdresser and regret giving it up. I was once thin and beautiful as a woman. I just wish When I was younger that there was a group for CD's and transgender people in my area. But,I was all alone and no one to talk to about this. So I had given up my xdressing days. Now seeing that there are more ment that want to become women is encouring and I have been considering going back to the life style I love. I love what your doing and you have my support. This is interesting, I've always wondered how these surgeries and transformations work, because i never understood how they would get breasts, i used to think they were implants. Did you get the genital transformation too? because sometimes people don't they just want to look like a girl. Sorry if it sounds like im offending you but im not trying to. Hormones can make your body appear more feminine. You should search for "hormones transsexual" on google, find more info.

You should have the surgeon(s) do the digital imaging of your face to see what you would look like after if you're not sure that you'd be happy with the results or not. If they don't do it, there are websites (they cost money) that you can send in your picture and they will send you a feminized face picture.

That's the kind of information you'd want to research before starting hormones. Just google "transsexual hormone effects" and do some reading.

Del Estrogen 20mg per mL ; 1cc once a week, JHP Pharmaceuticals.

You could also use 40mg per mL but keep up w your bloodwork.

Also if you use the B-D Safety-Lok 3mL 22guage 1 1/2 syringe it gives you a lot better control and is easier to inject w the larger needle size because as you know the mones are thick as molasses. I also think Z is good, and nice. Also agree w above, work on the voice girl

Getting them compounded is cheaper than buying the Delestrogen brand.

I know for me that the 'del estrogen' brand is by far the most effective, the generic brands (Sandoz) were not as potent regardless of what it said on the bottle and the other injectable type hormones (forgot what they are called now) were only marginally effective.

yaaay!!!! i use injectable estradiol valerate too!!! iv been on it only about 7 months and its really starting to make noticable changes!!!  i hope you love it...dont werry..u will adjust in like 2 weeks or something and wont feel tired anymore

yuck... needles creep me out. :/ congrats for you though. Its probably safer. You totally should train your voice rather than surgery. Its really not that hard to do, and way less expensive and less risk than surgery. I think I agree with you on the whole psychological effect of facial feminization surgery though. Just make sure you can still look in the mirror and feel comfortable with who you are. ;)

Good luck with your thesis. Sounds like all is going well so far! And congrats on the injectables. As far as FFS, I think if passing is important to you, you should totally go for it. As for what Dr. Z said to you and your friend (almost the same quote), I'm sure it's partially a sales technique, but maybe he has consistently great results, so it's warranted. Have you seen lots of before/afters of his work? I'm sure you'll make the right decision -- you're a smart girl ;-)

You do look more feminine now; as opposed to your first videos. You should wait until you are fully feminized by hormones first.I can understand the brow reduction and nose with the trachea. But some of the best looking women in the world have slightly more square jaws than other women. A rounded face might make you not look like yourself anymore.Really good makeup and a more feminine hairstyle would go along way to making you more passable. Have you tried another haircut style?

If Dr. Z hasn't seen you yet, he really doesn't have a clue as to whether you actually need a procedure or not. Maybe you don't need as much as he quoted you for. I understand your concerns, but remember, we are our own worst critics.

I live in the Chicago area and I've been thinking about going to see him. I've heard him talk and I'm impressed with his knowledge. He's definitely confident of his own abilities, that's for sure.

He's seen front, side and profile pictures, so he's not just quoting me with no information. Obviously, pictures don't tell the whole story. He said he makes his final judgement when he sees the patient in person, the day before the surgery.

Darling, I have always passed 100% of the time. Even when at the smimming pool. I think you are very pretty, but I can understand why FFS seems desirable. It is not necessary in your case, but whatever makes you feel happier. Yeah, I agree the voice is actually more important. If you look beautiful, but sound like a young man, it's a dead giveaway. Work on the voice and do it now. Congrats on the injectable hormones.

hiya, its so strange you having to worry about cost, I supppose we are lucky here in England. I have hormone patches and anti-androgen injections, I get so really tiered all the time and talk about depressed and moods, lol, but I wouldn't have it any other way. My surgeon quoted me £7,000 for the whole face, which I'm gonna go for soon!

Congrats on getting injectable estrogen, you sound like you went through a lot of the headaches I did (I'm on 10 mg/ml/week). Self injection is fairly easy, you can check out my video on it if you want.

As for FFS, I had FFS (with a highly rated doctor) and I'm "more" passable now, but I'm not a "guarantee of passing", I still get read all the time and I'm going back for revisions. Msg me if you want more info.

Erm, no. One reason you can't be 100% passable is that you can't (yet) have female reproductive organs. Another is that most transsexuals have wider shoulders, larger hands than natal females, and other masculine traits that can betray them.

Okay, I admit that they might not be able to detect the presence of Y chromosomes . But I do think people are more psychic than they're willing to admit.  Even if an MTF managed to look like Gwyneth Paltrow, I think there would still be many guys (and gals) who would be able to pick something up psychically.

So, in order to be 100% passable, you will not only have to get all the operations you desire, you would have to somehow remove all psychic abilities from the human population.

Voice is surprisingly important. I always thought after my FFS that my voice wouldn't matter anymore, but it does, and my voice isn't *that* bad. Granted, I pass like 90-95% of the time since FFS, but my after I work on my voice, I expect it to be nearly 100% of the time.
