  • According to pro-multicultural Liberals, Saudi Arabia/Arab culture is equal to Western culture.

This news report goes to show that we should in future tell Liberals to 'shut the fxxk'.

  • If you look at the case. and know anything about witchcraft you would know they had good evidence. the Fact is the western society are retards when it comes to real witchcraft, black magic etc. Because they are clueless about how it works, its no suprise that so many in the west have serious mental issues and the cure in the west is simply drop a pill, and if that dont work then dump them in a mental institution and drug them till their brain dead.

  • @BillzUnited Witchcraft is bogus. Medicine works and we can demonstrate it. Do us a favour - next time your sick don’t go to a doctor or a hospital.

  • @askegg

medicine has its place. we should consult doctors and take medicine but much of the time they dont have a cure from the cause only some relief for the symptoms.

  • @BillzUnited And how do you tell if a treatment really does address the underlying cause?

  • @askegg

I actually don't know their witchcraft but I am guessing it is total different to what we think in USA, it could mean something totally different..

  • I cannot believe in this age of enlightenment that a country like Saudi Arabia (which after all has access to the internet, is developed etc) could truly believe in witchcraft or sorcery - therefore i must conclude that this law is just another excuse by the patriarchal Saudi society to terrorise women into 'knowing their place' in the country.

All hail the 'moderates' according to the US Govt.

  • no i really dont care. you must be the christian

  • you all are nothing but fucking cry babies because you cant get your way. they should be able to legally murder withches the same way we leagally murder unborn babies. i get oil from these rag heads and if you get in my way i come for you. LOL relax, im not going to kill you.

  • @datzfast Are you a Christian, or are you just an idiot?

  • @breakfastisgo no im serious i dont care what arabs do so long as i get my gas. and i dont care if americans abort the unborn to save face to their neighbor either. if you care that because you must be a christian.

  • @datzfast If I care about people being murdered due to religious superstition, I must be a Christian? Wow, your logic makes such little sense it's almost impressive.

  • @breakfastisgo no i really dont care. if you care you must be the christian

  • sorcery is a myth, what's wrong with the saudi government?

  • @kj293

so is depression, whats wrong with you

  • @BillzUnited depression?

  • So we are allied to this backwards country by oil? Maybe their is a reason why the muppets made an oil tycoon the bad guy......

  • there was little doubt that she was a witch. the only question was did putting her to death reverse her spells. or will the spell she cast on us all remain in effect. buy the way she made 400 dollars per client, sounds to me like some Doctor got jelous.witchdoctors do you use? LOL

  • @datzfast

You actually believe in witches. Wow.

Anyway, a person can be opposed to abortion without believing in middle age nonsense like witch-craft. There are children in n. africa who have been mutilated by the local zealots for witchcraft. Perhaps a 21st century perspective should be encouraged.

Further, when people call bullshit on human rights abuses it's free-speech. It's not "coming to their town." I don't think the U.N. invaded Saudi Arabia over this.

  • @HellRehab kill the witch kill the baby, kill the gay i dont give a shit either way fool. they are the same thing if you dont seee that its because you are brainwashed. hell america tazers to death more people than witches world wide. you must be fucking ignorant . you are worse that the ignorant savavages becasue you are blind to truth.

  • Exodus 22:18 (KJV) "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live."

I don't know why any Christian would have a problem with this. According to the bible witches are real. It's too bad Jesus isn't around, he was an exorcist he could straighten this whole thing out. :)

  • @HellRehab if i were a chrstian i would have a problem with this. but im not so i dont give a shit. so long as i get some oil they can do what they want. i dont see them coming to my town and complaining about the unborn baby killing.

  • @datzfast Yeah. Well, according to Christian scripture, killing.an unborn baby is not killing an innocent, as the Christians claim we are all born with original sin and are therefore not innocent, but evil..So, according to Christian scripture, killing.an unborn baby is Ok, which is fine by me, as I'm in agreement for whatever idiotic reasoning they choose to use to claim that abortion is Ok. It's fine by me, and they can bitch all they want about "original sin". I don't give a flying fuck.

  • if you like this witch so much go die in her place.

  • Is this the woman whose neighbor couldnt get a boner, so they blamed her? See, this is why secular nations are evil. They dont let you do shit like this....

  • I don't use racial epithets. I know superficial biological qualities like skin color and nose size have no influence on personality.

So please understand this is intended as a cultural epithet, not a racial one. Cultures do have a dramatic effect on personality, morality, and upbringing, and richly deserve their comeuppance for the harms they do. With that in mind:

Executing people for witchcraft? In 2011?! FUCKING GODDAMN SANDNIGGERS.

And these towelheads want to be allowed to wield NUKES?!

  • wow I never realized how many uneducated people there are first from watching the video then reading some of these posts.w w w. religious tolerance. org/ wicrede. htm

  • She is a which a which Islam is the light

  • @shaheennobar

You left out "in the same way that".

She is a witch in the same way that Islam is the light.

  • WAIT!?! witchcraft? Wasn't that like... the stuart times? like 500 years ago?

  • You know what pisses me off, as an athiest, that not even the Quran.... talks about witches!

    FUCK SAUDI ARABIA

  • To bad they didnt get Harry potter..lol fucking animals...

  • The religious police... well, at least it isn't another religious army from the middle ages.

  • :brockobama2012:

  • just nuke 'em.

  • As a witch my self, this sounds absolutly insain. Im very lucky to live somewhere i feel safe to believe in what ever I want

  • Comment removed

  • @WhoaBradley brock ftw

  • I don't think religion should necessarily be erased, it can improve the lives of many good people; I myself am very much a Christian, and I'm bisexual and some of my best friends are gays and wiccans. I think it's more a matter of some people shouldn't be allowed to practice it...especially these people that are clearly insane and are doing nothing but poisoning the name of that religion for the genuinely good people that practice it.

  • Murdering people for witchcraft and not letting little girls escape a burning building? Doesn't sound that different from any other theistic religious group if you ask me.

  • @breakfastisgo Seriously, like the "Our Lady of the Angels" fire in Chicago where the nuns told the kids to sit at their desks and pray instead of trying to escape the fire. It wasn't all *that* long ago.

  • god damn when will people realise islam is evil incarnate? shit needs to be eradicate

  • 15 girls were left to die in a burning building just because they didn't have proper clothing on. thats cold. no. THATS FUCKED WHAT IDIOTS

  • WHY IS THE MIDDLE EAST SO FUCKED UP.

  • @johnthebossful For the same reason Europe was so fucked up - people want to force their beliefs on everyone, and put them through hell to do it.

  • I think this entire scumbag royal family needs to be decapitated publically (with their heads on display on stakes).

  • Religion ...... im saudi and im sad to watch this ... all religions must be abolished

  • @AISVM UURE a Idiot

  • @NasirAlHanbali coming from a myth believer? i'll take it as a compliment ..

  • @AISVM ure dad is a idiot to

  • @NasirAlHanbali of course because he believes in islam so u both r idiots

  • Comment removed

  • @AISVM and what you want a pat on the back? im saudi and im sad to watch this shut up go cry to some else are you a mushrika idol worshipper? may the one who gave you life guide you or break your neck. One day you will meet reality one day you will die just like the rest of these atheist that you try to imitate and well see how you are in your grave EVERY SOUL SHALL TASTE DEATH. includes uncle toms like you

  • @NasirAlHanbali im not imitating anybody im just being rational and read about science unlike you and ur fellow muslims

  • Wow. Just.. Wow. I didn't even think anyone who watched "Charmed" could actually believe it to be non-fiction.. And they say religious superstition is harmless. I wonder if the grown fucking men actually believe there's still monsters under their bed. This is a disgraceful ignorance of reality. witches have never, EVER been proven to exist. Neither have psychics, wizards, ghosts, fairies, leprechauns, vampires or fucking demons. Muslim women need more rights to education if anything is to change

  • my relative was bewitched and he got a very critical illness even the hospital can't do anything let alone to diagnose and find out what caused the disease. finally one doctor asked my relative to seek alternative help and the cleric said it was the "work" of someone else who was jealous of him. after the spiritual treatment he became better and under controlled. you may think it's unfair to punish those wizards/sorcerers but what about those victims? think about it

  • @presa1200 YOU ARE A SUPERTICIOUS FREAKKK!!!! GO TO A GOOD SCHOOL!!! YOU MAY BE A SQUIZOFRENIC LUNATIC FOR BELIEVE IN WITCHES!!!

  • @texugonervoso perhaps you haven't been there and never experience what is really going on. do you think people who go to casino don't use witchcraft? you are too naive, and if you believe in god you should believe in evils too otherwise it's blasphemous.

  • @presa1200 no sane person would believe in god. The word "belief" in itself indicates a scam, cause the ones who believe don't need proof and therefore are easy to manipulate.

  • @casperado666 you don't have to beat around the bush, just cut to the chase and say you don't believe in god. well just so you know, only an insane person would actually believe everything is the product of randomness.

  • @presa1200 bwahahahahahahah man i hope you'Re joking! this is the most insane thing i'Ve ever read after those reptilian conspiracy theories. Seriously go to a doctor or something. You're kinda disturbed.

  • thank God i'm living in Malaysia a moderate and well tolerated country. we are not as extreme as Saudi Arabia. however witchcraft can destroy other people's lives and i think sorcerers should be punished accordingly. even wizards were sentenced to death during the Medieval period.

  • @presa1200 witch burnings are a shame for europeans. many girls were killed just for having red hair. anyone could be accused of witchery and after the tortures of inquisitors you'd admit anything (this interrogating tactics worked in many other totalitarian states, like USSR or US (Guantanamo)). how can you prove witchery in court? is there even a proceeding? man, debating this matter feels soooo surreal

  • I'm happy that many people are cursing religion :)

  • @MultiBrados

    Me too :P

  • @rode50507 Islam seems to be finding solutions to nonexistent problems. Witches do not exist.

  • @rode50507 Your incoherent babbling does not give me any confidence in receiving a reliable response to the question of evidence of your wild imaginings.

  • @askegg Dumbshit,there are still wicca people out thre,,duhh...

  • @askegg I'm not saying that Saudi Arabia is right but all western Hermeticism, Occultism, and Esotericism traces all the way back to Arabia.

Witchcraft exists, in the form of Wicca though they are harmless due to the three fold law (what you do to others will happen to you three fold).

There still exists Magickians who practice but live isolated lives to avoid persecution, and harming others should their practices become unsettling and from such comes the stories of Hermits.

  • @rode50507 Oh my God, you are so full of shit. Witchcraft? ha ha ha ha ha. It doesn't exist. And, your attempt at typing in English is laughable and makes no sense. You people live like it's 1,000 year ago. Do you execute women for not having a son for you also? When science has proven that the male sperm determines the sex of the child. You people are so backwards and sadly, your women are better off dead than living with you backward stupid fucks.

  • @rode50507 what would you say if someone accused you or your mother/sister of being a witch and executed you? for no reason?

  • @rode50507 Well the way it works here in america is that nobody messes with anyone else and if there is a descrepancy then the people arguing have a civilized conversation to try and fix it. Its more than your guy's strategy of dealing with people.

  • @rode50507 I think someone needs to ease off the babelfish

  • @askegg yeah they don't !!! in almost every culture magic exist

  • @askegg Hey asshole, you are saying I don't exist! I certainly do and I'm a high priestess of my faith. There are over 3 million witches in the U.S. and 5 to 7 million in Europe. Educate yourself!

  • @wickedarianna I am sure you exist and you think you're a witch, but I am sorry to say I also think you are deluded. I think your powers are total bullshit. Prove me wrong.

  • @askegg You are the deluded one. Please go back to school and get an education in religious studies and psychology. It's quite clear you know nothing about the human mind and the ability it has. Studies prove the power of reiki and prayer helps people heal faster and have better outcomes. Spells = prayers What an idiot you are!

  • @wickedarianna The multi-million dollar double blind Templeton study into the efficacy of prayer disagrees with you. In fact, those who knew they were being prayed for did WORSE. Your mind has no power over the world, you are just making yourself feel better about stuff. Reiki is an invented term for a non-existent force, and neither have anything to do with psychology. Get a clue.

  • @askegg what happens when you put everything you had left into prayer and faith? and it fails? whats does that mean?

  • @compendiumgravemind

That you're Kent Hovind or Harold Camping?

  • @rkyeun hahaha! i was going to say fucked but thats good too.

  • @askegg lol and how old was that study??? You're an idiot! Think about this, the medical field is all about stats and not putting any treatment or therapy into effect unless it shows statistical significance. Hospitals now hire Reiki practitioners especially for pre-surgical patients as studies have shown patients did better and had better long term outcomes with energy work. I'm not here to be your teacher, go back to school. I'm not getting paid to feed your feeble mind.

  • @wickedarianna

    Care to cite those studies?

  • @wickedarianna

    Or name those hospitals?

  • @rkyeun Mass General is one of them and so is Brigham and Women's Hospital.

  • @wickedarianna

So. Here I am on Mass General Hospital's homepage.

I'm searching for Reiki! Hold onto your butt!

Oh. It seems no doctors use Reiki as a treatment. And there are no studies, just anecdotes.

It is a "complimentary" or "alternative" treatment, administered by a spiritual adviser much like crystal healing or last rights, as a respect of personal faith.

The only people claiming it to have therapeutic value are the practitioners.

The doctors say it is just like placebo.

  • @rkyeun Look under psychological treatment and stress. MD's do not do these studies but do oversee some of the medical parts of them but mostly these are psychological studies that measure stress. I was a participant in one of them also at those hospitals. I had to sign papers to participate. They are not going to post on their website all the studies that hospital does....for god's sake they are doing hundreds of studies there. Studies are not published until they are done.

  • @wickedarianna

Wait, so... these studies you were saying proved your argument...

Aren't done, and don't have a conclusion at all yet, much less one that supports your position?

GTFO, liar. I'm done with you. Go stand beside the homeopaths, 9/11 truthers, creationists, and flat earthers.

  • @wickedarianna

Did you even research the study?

Of course not, you don't even know the year it was published.

Ignorance is bliss? I think not.

    >Hospitals now hire Reiki practitioners

I smell BS. What "hospitals", employ Reiki practitioners?

I've never heard of any hospitals doing this; have any evidence?

I'd also like evidence for that claim you made about pre-surgical patients doing better after Reiki.

    Put up or shut up.

  • @vg33k Yes, I worked on a research project measuring stress and neuro-immune function in women with autoimmune diseases compared to controls. Prayer seems to reduce stress levels although some people who feel their fate is out of their hands do not fare better. It is perception of your world that affects your outcomes and people who perceive prayer or reiki energy as benevolent will have better outcomes. Stress can kill you.

  • @wickedarianna This "women with autoimmune diseases” and this "Prayer seems to reduce stress levels ....”

Did this awesome new Reiki technology actually sure the autoimmune diseases, or did it just "reduce their stress levels”?

  • @vg33k Mass General, Brigham and Women's, and UMASS Memorial Hospitals use Reiki practioners who are also RN's. You have to be a RN or LPN to practice Reiki in the hospital. I have been a surgical patient also and received Reiki before surgery.

  • @wickedarianna "I have been a surgical patient also and received Reiki before surgery.”

I am guessing the surgery did much more for your condition than the adjustment of your “energy flows”.

  • @wickedarianna “How old was that study???”

5 second on Google revealed it was done in 2006. Is this the sort of extensive research you reviled upon at witch school?

    "You're an idiot!”

I’m not the one who believes in magic

"Think about this, the medical field is all about stats and not putting any treatment or therapy into effect unless it shows statistical significance."

Yep - and every study into prayer has shown it to be no better than the placebo effect. That is - worthless.

  • @wickedarianna "Hospitals now hire Reiki practitioners …."

    I would find better hospitals.

"… especially for pre-surgical patients as studies have shown patients did better and had better long term outcomes with energy work."

Reference to peer reviewed paper please? Should be easy with someone of your credentials.

"I'm not getting paid to feed your feeble mind."

Awe, now you have hurt my feelings. I think I need my aura massaged.

  • @wickedarianna

James Randi would like you to demonstrate your powers.

There's a million dollar prize to put your bullshit where your mouth is.

  • @rkyeun who the heck is James Randi and why would I do anything for him? You still don't get what Magical thinking is and why it is important for your health and well being. That's all religion is..... it is magical thinking. That was the original argument here. You are too closed minded to understand the true powers of perception and energy, how it affects health and how religion uses it. You are boring me now with your rants.

  • @wickedarianna

James Randi is the founder of the James Randi Educational Foundation.

And he will pay you a million dollars if you can demonstrate any of what you just said.

I know /exactly/ what "magical thinking" is. I know what perception is. I can describe the process at the level of the photon, nerve, and ATP consumption. I know all about energy too.

But I'm now quite convinced that you don't.

You're right, magical thinking is all religion is. That's not a point in your favor.

  • @rkyeun Well tell James Randi to contact me for a personal interview. I'm not wasting my time on you. If you know all that stuff you say you do, then you would understand the benefits of Magical Thinking but apparently you don't and don't get it. End of conversation!

  • @wickedarianna 1 million dollars up for grabs and you can’t even be bothered picking up the phone. And do you seriously think they will give away that sort of cash after an interview? You’re a joke.

  • @askegg Why would I even bother. If he wants to prove it doesn't exist, let him do all the work. I'm not wasting my time or money on his nonsense! I never insinuated that he would be giving me anything in my comment. I only suggested a personal interview with him if he truly wants to know something. He can call me, I'm not wasting my time on pursuing him! This conversation is officially over. You are boring the fuck out of me.

  • @wickedarianna "If he wants to prove it doesn't exist, let him do all the work”

Total logic failure. You actually obtained a qualification using that sort of flawed thinking? I am shocked.

"I'm not wasting my time or money on his nonsense!”

A million dollars is not worth spending some time on? All you have to do is show your methods actually work. How hard can that be?

  • @askegg And, like all pseudoscience hucksters, they fell into the dark when there's even the possibility of light shining on them.

  • @Bookwyrm86 Damn typos. I meant "flee" not "fell".

  • @askegg

Now, now. With MAGICAL THINKING, maybe she already HAS the million dollars, and can pretend to have more whenever she wants! So any attempt at proof would be redundant to simply MAGICALLY THINKING she's proven her point.

  • @wickedarianna

If you're not even confident enough in your position to make a phone call which would win you a million dollars if true, I can safely assume you know you're talking shit.

Magical Thinking is pretty much used as an insult in science. You may not wish to wear it proudly.

  • @wickedarianna

    Statistics would be nice.

Otherwise you're just as deluded as the rest of our posts show.

  • @NBM397 I replied on your channel as this posting would not come up earlier.

  • @rode50507 witchcraft is not real yo

  • @rode50507 YOU ARE CRAZY???? WITCHES DOES NOT EXIST!!!! REPEAT: NOT EXIST!!!! you are crazy murderes!!!!

  • @rode50507 your statement is very...wow, i can't even begin to say my statement because of how unbelievely PC is wouldn't be...you need to do some real soul searching my friend.

  • @rode50507 I agree 100% look at the women in Nigeria that will be 'cursed' by spirits if she does not agree to go to europe and work as a prostitute! and they actually believe this!

Witchcraft is a tool used by human traffickers for abysmal and horrid exploitation for their own benefit.

  • And by the way most of what you heard from the news is FAKE and LIES.

  • @fa6h3d "... the number 1 rule for becoming a witch is to treat human like trash..."

I would say killing people IS treating people like trash. You are a very sad individual.

  • I am a Muslim and that's the right thing to do because witches Men or Women are evil because they won't stop of doing the bad things to human. Because the number 1 rule for becoming a witch is to treat human like trash cuz to be a witch toy have to part with the demons or what you call Jin. And those creatures hate human because because of us their leader was kicked out from heaven.

Muslims believe that there are 3 type of creatures that can think Angles, Human and Demons.

  • @fa6h3d You do not know my country and know Islam well

You have heard bad things about Islam from reliable sources

To Atsedkha and look good and ask yourself

Why is still in the spread of Islam

Believe me, all the provisions of Islam in favor of human beings because it is of the Lord

Does not speak ill of the State and people, and you do not know you, it makes you bad

My brothers are studying in the city of Melbourne when you talk bad about the Saudis and do a lot of Australians like you

  • @fa6h3d Australia will not be a great place for education

  • @rode50507 Neither is a backward theocracy built on the insane ramblings of an illiterate pedophile.

  • @rode50507 What do you mean by saying this

  • Yeah.. it sucks..

  • Man, Saudi Arabia has to be easily the worse country in the world! The way they treat women, its terrible. And all the bullshit laws. In this day and age would of thought that the people of Saudi Arabia still wouldn't believe in "witchery" and the retarted islamic laws, throwing an women in jail because she was sitting the a man in a Starbucks?!? Fuck.

  • @Andy9742 You are even Ataic in Saudi Arabia

And knows how to treat people and think that the situation as in America, Britain and other

I believe Saudi Arabia and the builders of all these laws because it is from the Lord, who is I believe in

Even when you are in America did not like wearing clothes staged show my body in a manner offensive to me

The girl was sitting with a man in Western countries is the norm

It is contrary to the habits in our country but I believe all of this

  • Im so glad im not in Saudi Aribia and not a Nigger :)

  • lieing lieing lieing

  • ALL Crap typical shit from Jews lobby CNN to spoil the reputation of a purest any sacred country on earth . keep saying bitches nothing gonna happen to kingdom of Saudi Arabia coz they can keep urs & ur rulers mouth shut by peeing fuel in ur mouth .

  • @Hindukimaakathoko

    your a retard.

its amazing that sitting here infront of the internet there is another person across the globe that is totally retarded and the reason for what everything is wrong in this world.

  • @Hindukimaakathoko

Oh how dare they evil Jews expose superstition in Saudi Arabia! How dare they!

  • People are still stuck in the burning times? Uhh I thought the burning times where over

  • how could this things happen in modern times?? why everibody cries against catholic church but nobody give an hand against this barabarian disgusting religion who permits to kill a women because she make an impotence-spell against a man?? is this a joke??

  • I wish Bush had invaded Saudi Arabia instead of Iraq. That would probably be a much better decision. We're living in the 21st fucking century! What kind of sick justice is this?

  • @xoloxum You dont even live in Saudi so GTFO.

  • @rforracing It's the most fucked up country on the planet. I feel bad for the people living there. They are not even aware of how bad their country is. Saudi Arabia has a religious police that can imprison you for not being Muslim and women are not even allowed to drive.

  • @xoloxum Ignorance can make u look really dumb sometimes. There are many non Muslims living in Saudi Arabia, including Americans. Do your research and then talk.

  • unless we blow these fucers up theres no hope for peace in the world

  • sick country and needs to live in the real fucking world!

  • Comment removed

  • What happened to her?

  • I should never go to Saudi, aint nothing I like better than a bit of evil spirit sex! But joking aside, what a bunch of sick deluded bastards!

  • the fatct he belive in witch craft tells me those who belive it should of been excuted instead

  • We attacked Iraq instead of these Islamofascist vermin? These are our allies? Bullshit., they are Nazis on camel.

  • I say we nuke there capital and jack there oil.

  • Belief in the supernatural is the biggest threat to humanity.

  • Also, in Fairy tales witches are cannibals who eat little children. In Africa some witches are cannibals who eat little children. Also, you have to separate actual fairy tale witches from witch tales that hollywood made up. In sleeping beauty the witch puts the woman in a long sleep which she will not wake up from. She also uses poison. In terms of magic this is pretty much it. In Haiti witches do things similar to this. Look up zombification. Also, they were infamous for poison.

  • Those fools the only way to kill a witch is to burn her, did he not learn anything from the Salem witch trials?

  • What a revolting and unjust system - people will commit all sorts of crimes in the name of religion.

Why does Allah need religious police? Surely he is all powerful and all seeing and will judge 'witches' and their ilk in the afterlife.

  • i fully agree with you. it seems a tale from the dark ages, and it is nowadays reality in saudi arabia. :-(

  • You people have to stop believing the tales your mothers told you at night to help you go to sleep that there is no such thing as witches. I even knew someone who used to practice witchcraft but has since given it up for morality reasons.

  • You need help - seek it now.

  • Comment removed

  • as a advocate for "Witchcraft" I can tell you the stuff in Africa you talk about is not witchcraft, but and entirely different religion.

Second, The morality in most paganism, is on par with Christians with their Inquisitions, or Muslims with their Jihad.

But Most Pagans don't murder and rape people for not believing in their Gods so I take my statement back: They are far more Moral!

  • Witchcraft is not a religion. It is a thing. It is the same as magic. Also, Pagans have murdered and raped lots of people. Have you read about the Rape of Nanking. The Japanese (Pagans) killed about 500,000 civilians and raped about 1000 girls and women a night for about six weeks.

  • The reason we're arguing against this is because we're sane enough to know that there's no such thing as magic. Unfortunately, those batshit insane enough to believe in it aren't going to be very receptive to reason.

  • There are actually medically proven cases of witchcraft having an effect. For instance. Once a man in Haiti had Asthma. He sought treatment for this from a witchdoctor and was cured. He went to the United States for a medical test and was found to be cured. As a side affect he turned white. The U.S. doctors found a medical explanation for the turning white, but obviously not for the cure for Asthma. There are other examples.

  • Another example is Joseph Kony. There have been many attempts to capture him and many have failed. He is thought by his followers to know the future. The U.N. sent a team of 8 to 40 U.S. trained commandos to assasinate him, however they were caught and killed. There was also a Russian lady named Nina Kulagina who could make a frog's heart stop with her mind as well as another Russian named Grigori Rasputin who I am sure you have heard about.

  • Please. Once again, charlatanry. There are PLENTY of people who claim powers. None who can show them under controlled conditions. Yes, Joseph Kony is a dangerous lunatic with a small army. He's not a witch. He uses bullets and machetes.

You can dig up plenty of anecdotal stories claiming paranormal garbage. NONE of it stands up to actual testing. If you have a paranormal ability, contact James Randi and win the prize his foundation offers. Telling secondhand stories isn't enough :p

  • You are wrong. Nina Kalagina's powers were tested under controlled conditions by soviet scientists. Look her up. Also, Kony uses witchcraft you should look that up.

  • "Controlled conditions" which were only available under the iron curtain, after it fell she suddenly lost her powers. You should look it up yourself. As for Kony's super american commando killing abilities, source?

  • Nina Kulagina was dead when the iron curtain fell.

  • Good point, I garbled that. She did, however, "lose" her abilities in the 70's and was unable to perform under controlled conditions.

As for "believing it's possible under normal circumstances to defeat well equipped U.S. trained commandos with bullets", well, bullets tend to kill people. Being trained by the US is no certification of invulnerability, and I find it amusing that you need to add magic to the story to make it believable.

  • WheN I said "I find it amusing", that was inaccurate. While I'd like to laugh at it, it actually deeply disturbs me. As the video above demonstrates, believing in supposedly "harmless" mythology can lead to women being executed for fake charges. That, to me, is not funny.

  • It is not just the training, it is the equipment. Missiles, planes and helicopters beat bullets and machetes any day. Even if the operators are untrained. Also, Kony has no military training. Kulagina's abilities were not declining in the 70s. She performed for scientists during dinner after they paid her a surprise visit in 1974. She made the frog's heart stop in 1970. It was in the late seventies that she had a heart attack and got very very sick.

  • I don't want to be rude, but you need to reread the source you pm'd me. It was a single squad of Guatemalan special forces. They entered Garamba National Park on foot, without air support. No "missiles, planes or helicopters" were involved. 2 years later, Operation "Lightning Thunder" was launched with the support of several nations, but according to *your* source was botched by the premature entry of Ugandan ground forces who may have scared off the LRA.
