They found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaugher. Dr. Murray has been sentenced to 4 years and loss of medical license.

The defense is claiming MJ injected the fatal dose of propofol. Ridiculous. There's no more proof of that than anyone else doing it, if Dr. wasn't dripping in the drug. Murry is a liar. He didn' reveal he was even giving propofol to the EMT's or the hospital doctors when he arrived there. What was he hiding? Murry is GUILTY in this case.

propofol infusion given at home with no proper monitoring , no airway equipment on standby, no other medical staff for back up. a $275 dollar pulse oximeter with no alarms was used. for 1500, a co2 o2 and pulse monitor witth alarms could have been used instead. it would alerted dr murray the instant mj stopped breathing. it would been easy to stop the infusion and used the ambu bag and mask to ventilate mj till he woke up which would be within one minute.

@trabang the device can be rented at $40 per month!dr murray must have been giving mj propofol infusion regularly  and used up the arm veins and he had to put the iv in the leg. my theory is that becos the iv was in the large saphenous vein at the ankle the infusion rate was faster than dr murray was used to and he left for a break thinking it was ok. and becos there was no co2 monitoring with alarms, he did not know mj stopped breathing.the o2 will only drop after 1 min of apenea.

The motive for murder was all of MJ's assets:  his catalogues, real estate, personal effects and intellectual property.

Dr. ConRat Murder and Dr. Thome Thome (a former orthopedic surgeon) and his gang (Al Malkin and Colony Capital; possibly AEG) were in on this together. Murray was the triggerman; Thome the mastermind.

Dr. ConRat Murder told the paramedics MJ had just died because he was just speaking to him a minute before they arrived at the house. Uh-huh.

MJ's pupils were fixed and dilated when the paramedics arrived, indicating total brain death. They also noted in their medical notes that "lividity" had already set in when they got there; that occurs when there has been no circulation of the blood in the body, usually indicating that a person has been dead for hours.

This was first-degree murder.

THIS is what happened; the stupid, greedy, wanting 5million/year [originally] doctor made a fateful, VERY negligent mistake and decided to overdose on propfol in order to get Michael to shut up, essentially. He did what he could do to knock him out and left the room (to talk to his girl for an hour) and came back to find him dead. Did he want this? Who knows, I personally think this was NOT premeditated by any means, but it was a stupid mistake that he doesn't wanna carry the burden for.
