  • Strong but you could definitely do more if you opened up your knees to give your torso more room.

  • Beastin it man, definitely harder when you do it narrow stance.

  • just ok. not a strong clean cut squat

  • I don't know how I would feel about squatting with a safety that high lol, did you touch it on that last rep?

  • You make it look easy! Excellent!

  • Hey great form man. That's good bro

  • He's a bodybuilder so we can't exactly hold him to the same "form" standards. He's just doing whatever style/form gives him the biggest BICEP PUMPPPPPPPPPP. Or "bro it targets the quads so much more, bro my ass is soore from these right here."

  • im 1 hour old and i squat 500 pounds but keep it up you might catch up

  • Great job but I would put my feet a bit wider

  • @MetaIhead89 it hits the quads better narrower and it's alot harder. so that's even more impressive

  • @steriods4champions ah I didn't know that. I see

  • @steriods4champions its been proven in university study its the same amount af quad muscle activation no matter if your wide or narrow dont think im so self proclaimed know it all look up louie simmons created the best powerlifting system out there he talks about it

  • @MrChasegei oooh university study? so these little nerdy professers who probably haven't squatted in their life are gonna say that? come on mate. it's common sense. try to do 3 plates wide squat and try to do 3 plates narrow and you'll see the difference. it's waay harder. the powerlifers go wide so it's easier to get the weight up, they don't care about quad simulation you idiot. i would think you would know. if those powerlifters tried squatting their max narrow theres no way they'd get it

  • Flawless squatting IMO, could go a bit deeper but at that weight I'm not complaining.

  • knees go far too much forward. Not that I can lift as much. But this seem dangerous.

  • is this a golds?

  • you get deep!

  • lol how is this too deep? if anything it's too shallow lol. but great weight you're strong as

  • this is great form. I hate when people squat with their legs 4 feet apart so they have to move a whole inch to get to barely parallel.... and thats the other thing, you actually went past parallel which is good. America is the only country that says going past 90 is bad. Watch Europeans or Olympic style training and they go ass to the grass. Awesome squat.

  • Holy crap. You are going to destroy you're knees bro! Not so deep! Once you actually put some real weigh on the bar you'll be screwed man!

  • this guys form is good keeping your legs spread out can cause an injury his feet look to be just inside of his shoulders and he is getting parallel witch is one of the more important parts of squat

  • hey man.... does it help you lift more weight when your legs are closer? my stance is about shoulder width or maybe a little wider... should I narrow up my stance so I can squat more like you? btw squat is my worst lift... My best is 345 for 1... and 310 for 7

  • @tbristol37 I was thinking feet close together isn't good form and doesn't feel natural, but it looks like this guy knows what he's doing.

  • Nice high bar squats

  • i like all the dickheads talking shit about form on his "last couple reps"(FR3SHE), of course when ur most fatigued u lose a little form u dumb fuck, this is beast as shit, and yes mother fuckers thats a parenthetical citation on youtube...

  • I like how you press with your toes .

  • his form is wrong, bad for the knees, you need to break at the butt, watch his last couple reps, he breaks at knees, which is why they go past his toes, which extends the pressure on to his knees :) and no im not being sarcastic -.-

  • @FR3SHE

Yeah this is really tough what he is doing not to take anything away from him but his form is pretty fucking bad

  • Straight up beast mode!!!!

  • *high school track

  • Good stuff, I was doin 500 x 12 and i injured myself , but that was for track and i weighed 219.How much do you weigh

  • BEASTING. best squats on youtube and people still talk shit. all i can say is lol

  • you are king. and i dont say this often

  • @Frisch1620 And if that was in Kg it would be much much more in pounds. The kid is full of shit. But hey, if it makes him feel better about himself, let him tell BS lies.

  • Awesome effort and good depth.

  • dude youre strong as fuck

  • bskola has a lot of squatting videos

  • you're a friggin beast. i love it!

  • You cant possibly sqaut 616 and be 13 plus you cant have 616 you can have 615 but not 616 unless your counting it in kg then coverting it to pounds

  • perfect form, awesome

  • im 13 dope-free and i can squat 616lbs with perfect-form, full-ROM and it's not a lie.

  • @13andincrediblycut yeah, and I can make your mom cum every time she rides my wild bologna pony. But until I post a video no one is gonna believe me, just like your bullshit claims. obviously if you have time to comment on every lifting video on youtube you are not spending enough time in the gym training. So go to the gym, do your frat squat curls, and stop commenting on people who know more about lifting than you do.

  • @Cesiade The first thing I noticed about your comment is your total lack of understanding of the female anatomy. For one females usually orgasm through stimulate of their clitoris(probably new to you), either directly or indirectly or with a combination of vaginal/clitoral stimulation simultaneously or seperately. But I don't expect retards who attack others real-life claims to be logically or mentally-capable of understanding females, seeing as the only females you associate with are mannequins

  • @Cesiade And just so you know females are not objects. They may seem like objects to society-driven failures like yourself who learn to understand female-behavior through stereotypically inherited beliefs given by television, fashion and other media-associated material that gives off false-implementions of females.

Shame people like you can not understand what a female is because you probably see them as blowjob dolls, body-parts of objects of benefit to yourself.

    Shame...You're missing out...

  • Comment removed

  • @Cesiade On real-life females, not Barbie dolls. Real girls and women are amazing people(not all but you get what I'm saying, hopefully). Real girls are just like you and....(well not like you and me because you've already shown signs of total lack of intelligence to the max). All in all enjoy the blow-up dolls and prostitutes, insecure/lack of dignity or character sex-whore females while me and my real female friends are having fun and enjoying life as human beings and not as chromosomes.

  • @13andincrediblycut dude, you're embarassing yourself. cesiade wins just based on the fact of how you over reacted. that and your claim is unheard of and would be a world record if it was true.

  • @omxpablo19 It's not about winning or losing it's about reality.

  • @13andincrediblycut the reality that you're full of shit?

  • @omxpablo19 No, the reality about being a sexist and not being a sexist. Who cares if he won? And who can actually declare that he won based on a variety of facts? No one, really, because we could argue forever. Even though you/he might think he won he's still a sexist, so he never won and never will.

  • @13andincrediblycut what does sexism have to do with you claiming you can squat 616 lbs at 13.

  • @omxpablo19 Nothing. Just drop it. We lost track of what we were even arguing about in the first place. Let's start over.......

    I'm Andy Harlgesis. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut okay, online pederast.

  • @omxpablo19 LOL that's a funny caper. :)

  • Comment removed

  • @13andincrediblycut you've been 13 for a long time?

  • this gym is where bumblebee from transformers works out

  • weird

  • @bskola excuse me sir I was wondering how you are able to do so much weight. I have only been able to max twice at 250 and then I basically hit a wall. My tolerance for any more weight just fails and i can never push myself past that. Do you have any tips for me or any exercises to increase my tolerance?

  • lol fail video

  • your form is all wrong. Im way better because im an anonymous youtuber that is well versed in every subject ever.

  • Brilliant squatting mate. I'm just about to start out and find the thought of getting to that form almost impossible. I can barely squat like that on my own bodyweight never mind tanking away at 405s haha. Ah well, practice i guess.

  • Beast, its alot harder the way your legs are position as well..

  • perfect olympic squat.

  • respect!

  • ur not doing the squats right, the back is supporting too much of the weight!

  • @CubanLUVash post at the top of the page, attempt it then.

  • nice squating well done!

  • sick. to parallel too.

  • amazing form

  • Did look Very good, I'm not form nazi put i think you could push more moving your ass back first (no question you dropped at the knee first)... helped me when I started doing it. Props

  • @Lehi145 agreed, u need to concentrate more on sitting back on your heels, they raise upon reaching parallel, therefore you must be failing forward slightly towards the bottom. This will have a lot to do with your very narrow stance and possibly your posture, but that is hard to tell without a side angel.

  • nice job going for 20 reps soon myself dont know why people post vids doing reps that arent 10, 20 etc

  • @arniemonkey this guy just posted 8...also 10 and 20 reps aren't everyone's goal

  • @brock8008 your telling me someones goal is 13 reps or something. nah, people want round numbers 10 or 20 i just think wait till you can do that then post thats all

  • @arniemonkey what I'm saying is it seems like your criticising the guy for posting 8 reps after u congratulated him. Not everyone wants 'round numbers' (8 is a round number), i frequently go for 3 and 5 even 7 and 9 as part of a squat program. Someone's goal may be 13, definitely 12 reps is many peoples goal, such as bodybuilders. I don't really understand the point you are trying to make. Do you favour 10reps and 20 reps and think everyone else should?

  • @brock8008 my point is in training do what you want i do 15s or 17 or whatever, but to bother posting id go for bigger reps not some mediocre number .8 reps with 5 plates ok but not 4

  • wow man...that is a good squat, plus your stance is so narrow, how did you manage that? I usually squat shoulder length feet stance....

  • These are probably the most legit squats. you went below parallel on half of those.

  • I think thats a myth but I hardly go lower than 90 degrees anyhow cause of the intensity that I train at and no spotters just rails but still. Take some stuff for your joints , I just bought nutra joint but any other stuff should work "flex" from animal pak etc...

  • You only fuck up your knees when your technique is compromised...period. There is surprisingly very little stress on the knee if the squat... even ATG is done correctly. Going lower only adds heavy glute and upper portions ham and quad anyways...

but hey some may argue... what good is a half curl? what good is a half squat then?

  • Just did 405 x 3 this past week for the first time. Used a weight belt though. Previous best the week before was 365 RAW for 5 reps... Good job and deep squats!

  • whats wrong with using a weight belt?

    This is decent weight...

  • good job man, a lot of guys at my gym put on a shit load of weight and just do 1/4 squats , they dont go all the way down.

  • No chance I will be able to do this anytime soon... XD

  • Ya, Get Some! I used to be able to do that powerlifting style, but never dreamed of it with an olympic stance. And props for doing it RAW, if only everyone would invest in core strength.

  • i'd make fun of you for wearing gloves, but you just highbared 4 plates for eight clean reps pretty much ass to grass. you've earned the right to wear whatever the hell you want. what do you weigh man?

  • very nice my friend! i can hit 405 + 4 and i dont go down to paralel but very close. What you did in this vid is great... be proud.

  • thats impressive

  • It's good to have healthy knees

  • Can someone explain to me what this mean. In a workout plan they had this:

    Squats 1 X 8 - 10 reps

I thought the 8 meants reps so why does it say 10 reps afterwards? Do you think they meant sets?

  • Aah wait, on retrospect, they probably mean between 8 and ten reps. My bad.

  • No, they mean do ONE set with between 8 or 10 reps.

    Get it?

  • 8 to 10 reps

  • squats 1 X 8 -10 reps means 1 Set of 8 to 10 Reps

  • Hmm.. Seems that there is a lot of "experts" here :) I don't know much about weightlifting or bodybuilding if that's what you're after, but the strength displayed here is just amazing.

  • Excellent. Anyone that says different is an idiot. Don't change a thing and keep up the training.

  • Impressive strength. He keeps squating like that and letting his knees go so far forward and he'll need major knee surgery.

  • The only possible problem I see is that his hips do not fully extend when he squats back up. I think part of the reason may be the pelvic tilt he is probably holding without bracing so much but an overactive rectus.

  • english please.

  • Perfect form and depth.

Now if we wanted to wear a belt, knee wraps and a squatting suit (all greatly adding to the weight you can handle), he could have hit that wide ass sumo stance. he could also walk around with a fat gut as well.

  • dude needs to widen his feet when he squats and need to bring his ass back more or hell blow out his knees leting them go forwrd like that but he gets deep enought witch is rare

  • To you and PetrucciFan57. He doesn't need to take a wider stance, nor does he need to go any deeper. He is squatting for bodybuilding purposes, not powerlifting. Squatting like this is the best way to develop the vastis lateralis, thus developing outstanding quad sweep (the key to having big impressive legs).

  • If he widens the stance and sits back, he will be using more Lower Back, Glutes, and Hamstrings...body parts he can target better with different movements. You can't just watch a video and tell them they have to do this or this. People train for different reasons, and maybe he is training the ideal way for his goals.

  • Squatting with your feet together doesn't bring in the vastis lateralis in any more than a wider stance, it's just harder on your knees. Dr. Squat wrote an article about this and I trust him more than some internet twink.

  • thank u AMEN

  • Stance seems a bit narrow. It's causing you to sacrifice some depth as you're not quite hitting parallel, maybe 1" off. True parallel means that the top of your hip crease is in the same horizontal plane as your knees; it does not matter what the knee angle is or the relation of the hamstrings to the ground. You certainly have the strength to do this with a deeper squat, all it will entail is widening your stance a couple widths of your feet. Great job, you have massive strength!

  • Nice work! Narrow foot stance equals hard work! The squats looked strong.

  • try going past parallel

  • you're insane man! my goal is to at leas squad 315lbs...I have bad knees so everytime I start going up I get hurt and have to stop and start all over months later...till then, the leg press will have to do :( But great job man!

  • all you people critiquing bskola's form are fagots. bskola knows what he is doing.

  • Agreed, though his last rep is a bit rough. Why's he using gloves for squats?

  • Maybe he just didn't want to take them off?

  • loli just noticed thaT

  • hes squatting to build his quads, not to squat more, so he can use whatever form he likes

  • good job

  • Comment removed

  • what the fuck you mean how were they bad reps you must be jealous

  • He's not powerlifting dumbass.

For someone who comes off as if they know a lot, you sure do lack in the common sense area. Not everyone wants to be the world's next strongman. He's lifting for size, and his ATG squats are pretty damn good with that kind of weight.

You came on here blabbering like you knew what you were talking about. You ended up looking like the exact opposite. An internet know-it-all and a jackass.

  • I am an expert on squatting, sir (excitedly raises hand)...

  • Here's an experiment for you: Get on whatever squatting footwear you usually wear, take about a shoulder width stance with your toes lined up against a wall in front of you. Now, drop into a full squat (hamstrings against calves) without breaking form, falling over, or pressing your knees against the wall. Post a video if you can accomplish this task.

To the poster of the vid: strong squats dude.

  • @sigh1234

can you post a video.. sounds very interesting that kind of squat..

  • @sigh1234 .. just tried.. impossible...

  • @sigh1234 that shit worked lol

  • @sigh1234 This is quite easy to do if you do a powerlifting squat. But if you use an olympic squat such as the bskola, your knees will bump the wall because your knees past your toes in an olympic squat

  • I couldn't seem to spot the fundamental floor. Please enlighten us, fitnessfreak.

  • Answer me this then. If it's so bad for the knees to travel over the tips of your toes. Why do olympic lifters whom lb for lb have the strongest legs never have problems and do it all the time. His form is good for his goals, which is to build big freakin' quads

  • everyone's body is different so everyone's form should naturally be slightly different.

  • ..my remark was referring to '54longsnappers' comment.

    405, always a good time.

  • Fucking whiners. His form is perfect. Great job man.

  • that's as good as it gets .. great vid.

  • toes are suppose to be pointed out.

  • a narrow stance is better for working the outer quad muscle that gets so big on bodybuilders. wider stances work the inner muscles more but are also tougher on the knee

  • Why are you guys saying he's not getting parallel? Its perfectly fine you just need a wider stance bro.

    Lol 405 is my max.

  • Great life Man. perfect squats.

  • stfu

  • you watch fucking anime..yeah I can't think of anything worse to say then that.

  • Your a loser, he is doing just fine on his squats, your probably the type of guy who sits in the gym and picks apart everyone's form rather than lifting yourself all I can say is you desembodic are pathetic.

  • Hola, you tough bastard!!

  • Here I was expecting a powerlifter squat...that is impressive bro, nice form. I hope to be doing that @ 315 very soon.

  • Oh if only you knew...

  • u outta your mind, dudes a tank, a nattie tank @ that. Dont sub-conconiously us natties to those chem'd up freaks o' nature on the O. stage.

  • Feet hip width apart and the barbell high on his back, that is a bodybuilding squat in perfect form. That makes it all the more amazing he can handle over 400 pounds. Way to go bskola great lift.

  • where should most of your weight be? heels?

  • maybe if you widen your stance a bit you will be able to hit parallel, plus it will be easier on the knees

  • widening your stance takes the work off of the quads. and thats pretty parallel

  • Wow looks painful! Im a noob to this but it seems like he is bending too far forward? Or is that what its supposed to look like?

  • After watching your box squats i wasnt expecting much here but, hey, nice job. Those are good squats.

  • i spy a beast.

  • strong legs... perfect form

best of luck to u, keep lifting!

  • Well shit holmes, you'll have to watch my video...we squat the same weight for the same reps....except my camera man couldn't figure out not to hold it sideways lol

  • Great work on all your vids man, you push hard and have great form keep it up!

  • nice vids, that squat rack looks way too big !! im a shortass and would probably hit the bars befor parallel. nice gym though

  • I can't believe how easy that looked for you. Awesome, hola.

  • Nice :)

  • Form was good. Now we want to see deep ones!

  • wow that was sick

  • that looked easy for you...dam

  • spread your legs...too narrow

  • very good man especially for such a narrow stance. Watch the knees coming forward tho.

  • move out of the rack :P

  • Amazing... As usual..

    But.. Parallel..?

  • Parallel hits my quads better with less stress on my lower back... plus, thats as far down as I can go in that rack anyways.

  • Stfu! parallel is good enough! I'd like to see you do it parallel!

  • A controlled parallel is also harder to accomplish, since you have to control you deceleration, stop and then return to full extension. With deep squats, it is easy to just fall in, stop and power back up.

  • Great job!

  • your scary man...plain and simple.
