This is still a great feat even after patch 3.3 on my realm. My realm-Zangarmarsh-is pretty fail at raids...well Horde is. An Alliance guild on my realm is working on 10m ICC Heroic and only one guild on Horde has downed the Lich King and only one has downed Algalon which is pretty bad
