what language is it? is it Spanish? Minimax had first broadcast ever in 1999 and, more than that, it never broadcasted in Spain

Er it DID startup in Spain on the Astra1C satellite encrypted in syster nagravision as part of the Canal Satelite Espana subscription package of channels(some times of the day it would be FTA between programmes).

Minimax broadcasted to spain in the Early 80's on Astra 1C as part of Sogecable.

Er Astra1C was launched in the early 90's NOT early 80's and prior to Minimax taking the channel slot broadcast Sogecable Syster encrypted programme and channel trails.

I got the Canal Satelite Espana package in the UK with an 80cm Pace PRD800 astra system,an official canal+ espana decoder and key and official subscription(I got my Spanish syster decoder and key from a dealer in London via mailorder),pix were sharp if a bit grainy on the spanish channels but reception was fine.

Yes I remember always switching over to this to see how long it took them to encrypt. I think the pencil ident was when they decided to start it although I think the short cartoon was free. Don't see this much being spend on idents for kids channel no more.
