I think you effectively hit upon every valid point mate. And the 1st major hurdle one needs to address, one that is pivotal for a clearer understanding of what's really going on is 9/11. As you said: "what wouldn't they do". My feelings are that there are 100's of millions who at least have some inkling that things are not what we have been led to believe. I was just telling a guest at a Christmas party that anyone that really looks at 9/11 will come to the conclusion that we were at least lied to.

They looked at me with horror, but realized from my conviction that I must have good reason.

It was heartbreaking to watch Obama announce more troops. I really had hoped that we were done with that. Hearing Dennis Kucinich, Alan Grayson, Ron Paul , few who actually promote peace, in the hope that they keep my hope alive and keep me from becoming as cynical as the people around me.
