I was fortunate enough to attend a few systema classes in broadgate circle, London, around ten years ago and got to see Val in action. I also attended a somewhat heavier-going session in Gunnersbury, held by Val himself. Took one pop on the chest from Val and spent the next 15 minutes on my back! Great stuff.

@snoopy22560 Well... that would make sense because there usually are no techniques in systema. Russian martial art is about principles. There is no "kata". The only thing to care about are movement, posture, and breathwork.
