It's a nice keyboard, especially because of its extremely portable size. I saw it at NAMM and it's actually a lot smaller than it seems. You don't really notice how small it is until you actually get to play it...
@archebeats I inquired and this product doesn't work with iPhone 4, because it's necessary to use a special adapter which is only compatible with iPad. :/
just snagged one of these puppies today - I was debating on this and the AKAI MPK mini (25 key). I like the keystation having 30 keys to get better octive range. Both cost the same at Sam Ash. I decided to get both. I am particularly impressed with Keystation cause it has 30 keys and states explicitly it will work with iPad, Mac, and Windows. I'll post a review of both later.
anyone knows about how long this unit is? Cant find anything at M-Audi.
It would have been perfect with just 25 keys...
Now it looks like its quite a bit longer than a regular laptop much longer than the akai Lpk25. to squeeze 36 keys they must be really petite, on good thing is Its thinner than the akai Akai LPK25. Portability is all, other ways there is no reason why not to get a regular normal size 25 keyboard.
i don't get a fuck about how those pitch bends buttons are supposed to work, unless i'm right while thinking they suck. I'm also a newbie. Can anybody tell me ?
@kehezen I might buy one of this babies soon, I believe this pitch bend button work with the edit button, like he explained with velocity, I guess, i mean, you could pitch bend to an octave if you Edit then number 8, or something I don't know, or to a fifth with edit , pitchbend number 5.
@macladz Sorry man, it's just that the people I've come across that write music for TV and such, tend to have a casual attitude towards their work... they don't seem to be interested in pushing the limits on anything and they seem more concerned with just ''filling in the spaces'' where audio is needed.
Sure, their ''Pro'' at what they do, but I just don't consider them to be Pro's in the music scene because they give me the impression that they care very little about their work. Sorry.

I think its cool, but I would not be able to use it... I can barely get used with a 61 key keyboard.

Great for people that write music for TV or other casual music, but not for Pro user's I think.

@arkangelio people who write music for TV aren't Pro users?
