dude! How longs the sorness supposed to last!? My stomach has been sore like a mother.... For 2 days! Hurst to cough, crap! Walk everything i lay down and my gut feels like its gonna rip apart!
You fat ass kids needa shut the fuck up with the hate. Do you know how hard it is to do this exercise? You need a strong ass solid core to be able to do just 1 rep.
Dude, thats impressive, but at the same time you look like you don't have a six pack and your not as cut as I would expect you to be to be able to have that super extension. Maybe your just strong or your more ripped than you appear to be. Please don't take this the wrong way because the eyes can deceiive you, you feel me?
That's insane. I can do about 50 with my knees on the floor, but like that, I could barely do 2 and I hurt my back because I accidentally arched it to the opposite direction while going up.Not to mention that a LOT of blood went into my head and my eyes were tomato red for about 4 hours. Nice work!
Great video! I have progressed to doing these from a standing position and also doing them one handed from a standing position. Excellent for ab as well as core strength and stability. Great upper body workout, too! Feel free to check out my channel and critique my form. Have a great day!
Ouch! You're putting way too much strain on your poor back! When you come back up, you seem to lose the round in your spine and allow the lumbar vertebrae to dip, thereby losing tension in your core and transferring the work to your back. This is needlessly dangerous. It's a great exercise for developing core strength, but a very easy exercise to perform in a potentially harmful way. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for posting this vid, btw.
damn it i have wasted my life doing sit ups and i found crunches THAN i found abs wheel.... wow what a waste of time.. if i went straight to abs wheel i'd have 8 packs...(under my fat)
arching the back yes and also keep ur body as stiff as u can widen the legs that bit more slight bend in the knees so ur not totally putting strain on ur hips and off u go slowly but gradually
good question and my answer ten mins at least until u are quite sweaty skipping is good jog on the spot jump jacks never do this cold ur asking for trouble and i mean trouble and use a wall as a guide line and remember the competition is only with our selves train safe and smart
it takes a while and each time u do these it really and i mean really rips ur stomach u will be sore the only way is start off gentle steps and be smart i made a tutorial for it so people wont hurt themselves
Very good job. My father loves this exercise. He does around 70 reps all at once. He is considered the King of the ab wheel exercise. Jackie chan does around 20 and for his age thats great. Tom, i think if you do this very much more, you are going to shit your damn guts out man. I will say this though, you are one damn tough dude thats for sure.
perhaps my friend however i build up my training wisely id do sets of five every two days that 16 reps border on danger point alright with proper breathing exhalation any exercise is fine any the brain gets its oxygen it when body builders hold well thats when headaches occur thats perhaps why i breathe and grunt if i didnt i probably would get an anerism god bless
follow on with tutorial and remember tense all the torso as you descend this will spare your back and lower abs from strain and also knees slighly bent taking the stress off the hips best of luck my friend

I used to do static movements, basically remain stable for 10 seconds while down using the ab wheel using my elbows.
I switched to use the ab wheel which I found extremely beneficial, especially for the obliques.
