Firstly I accept that the Buddah was either a man who existed, or a fictional character. 'His' teachings are for vagrant and king alike, low or high intellect never comes into receiving training for sila or vipassana. @rish1983 You're right, there isn't a straight up denial of a creator god throughout the dhamma. It is widely believed through Buddhist schools that there is no God as such, however most schools of Buddhism claim that they cannot prove this and so can not be certain. Hence most Buddhists consider themselves Agnostic. (How diplomatic)
