This is what I love about MTB riding; it advances a person's skill levels in being able to respond better besides all the basics such as, balance, stamina, endurance, and muscle strength. IMO, MTB helps a person to overcome a lot of fearful psychosis in one's life too; increases self confidence. :)

Maybe you should use your head for something besides a hat rack. I am sure even a fucking genius like you would know that most mountain bikers use what is called clipless pedals, it requires you to wear special shoes that clip into the pedals therby locking your feet to the pedal. If you do not want to go through the hassle of unclipping your shoes and then having to clip back in, this would be the technique you would use. Either learn what you are talking about or stfu fag.
