I used to love United...now I think they are among the worst airlines. They are rude, over rated and consider them sleves God's gifts to the skies.

US Airways and United are the two greatest airlines the US has to offer, Delta can't even keep their head above water and JetBlue has the worst on-time status in the industry.

US and UAL are the two WORST! Delta blows the big one too. Frontier & AA are better.

Hands down, bar none, WORST service Ive EVER experienced in my life was June 2001 on American Airlines. Second worst was United Airlines in 1987.

Ive flown American, PSA (now part of USAir), United, Southwest, jetBlue, and TWA. None suck more then the major legacy carriers. The only one that doesnt suck is Continental, and the lowbudget carriers!
