The first one is classic iPod, the other mp3 player isn't an iPod Touch. the difference between iPod and any other mp3 player is the music management software, iTunes.

You can get radio on Ipod with an extra connection - but why? All mainstream radio is just a load of commercial and politics. Oh and you can also get a mic with an IPOD for those who want one. But a majority of IPOD buyers get it for the music and video compatibility. I saved my whole ITUNES library to my IPOD. Saves on using DVD to do it.

Well seeing as though I bought my MP3 play like a month ago... and it does have RADIO...and it has a MIC...and it does have MUSIC and VIDEO compatibility...I really don't think that ipod is that much more superior to Mp3 players now.
