AGREE .But how do you imagine football player from India or freestyle wrestler ? People from Malaysia or Vietnam can become great basketball players with good facilities ? Eskimos will win chess world cup ? In north Caucasus people have no facilities and they very poor ,no jobs ,no factorys ,simmilar to Africa .That is why young people in every village fight as Brazilian kids play football..They follow their great fellow-countrymen that is their way to earn money
