usa rules are that you must have a class B licence for air brakes. i used to run a mobile home totar truck with air brakes. Class B is a chauffers licence.

No! At present, there is no requirement for a class "B" license. I've been driving a 45 foot Newell for almost 20 years on a regular license.

@jityr2 Sorry mate I don't know what the rules are in the States when itcomes to an airbrake license. I needed to take a weekend course on air brakes and drving test to get my endorsement and all I had was a car an motor bike license.

No, again! The biggest reason for no requirements is that it would devastate the luxury RV industry, since few buyers would take the time to get a CDL, or, class "B" license
