tip: get in the habit to use your index finger to push up against the low E string to mute it out. doesn't sound good when you strum that for the b flat minor for example, or any other minor barre chords on the fifth string

Ok, time for my comment. You can obviously play the song through which is great, but I noticed when your singing your focusing on the chord change and so your voice follows giving it a forced sound. Just sing the song and play it without thinking about it, your hands will do their thing without your focus. Other than that good job and keep up the good work.

The reason the guitar sounds off is because the chords are supposed to be barred...they are just power chords, they are made out to be more complicated than they are here. But thats ok, thats why its a cover, you do it how youd like.

haha, dude i used to play this song a TON and when i started out i did the same thing u did...when ur singin the verse u want the singin to be a little ahead of the guitar, not right on. it seems like ur waitong for the strum of the chord to say the line. good song tho, and good job playin it. tunings a lil off too...or maybe ur just pushing those strings too hard into the frets and makin em bend, watch out for that.

To make the song sound right you need to either palm mute with your right hand or "pulsate" with your left hand.

When I first started playing my wrist/hand would tire out quickly as well, just stick with it for a week+

It's easier to play on electric b/c the tension is lower, but acoustics are easier to lug around!

I think i reached my 500character limit; I'm thinking of putting a nirvana song up, they're straight forward and easy to learn.
