My aunt kept cows. Her 'babies' came when she called their names. These calves are truly babies. I can't believe the actual video I saw. I can't believe this person can't be charged with felony. I could not rest in peace if I knew this man was EVER put in charge of babysitting a child. His blood pressure 'might be up'. He enjoyed his torture. What a dick. The reason why they taped it for 30 days instead of going to the authorities is because you have to have a ridiculous amount of evidence in order to actually keep from getting cases like this one involving farm animals being abused thrown out in court.
After just a day or 2 worth of footage, the law would have just made up excuses not to do anything about it and the company would have said this was an isolated incident and that they fired the guy as soon as they saw it happening.

@donedone31 A calf can be lifted by hand. A 1300 lb cow takes more work and effort. Let's see you try it dipshit! I have extensive experience with downer cows. It isn't always pretty but you have to do what you have to do. Downer cows have only 12-24 hours to get to their feet. Nobody ever said you have to beat them!

It appears as though the violent actions were from one employee, and why did someone working for mercy for animals allow this terrible treatment of these dairy cows to continue? Large dairy farms have many employees and it is important that the improper actions are reported and not encouraged so that the appropriate actions may then be taken.
