Yes, and several leading Norad officials like Arnold conveniently changed their testimony just to match the Norad tapes timeline. Then when questioned as to why they lied under oath the first time, they said, that they didn't want the military to look bad. The thing is, the timeline of when the presidential order was given, recieved, and executed to shoot down the commercial planes is still in question. And of course Norman Mineta must've been drunk when testifying or the equivalent..
@charlesfloyb Thanks. Had this been a terrorist attack it would have been obvious after the second plane hit the second tower. Common sense would have dictated the shooting down of any plane off coarse at that point.
